Photos of Jennifer Lopez in bed with her ex Diddy have resurfaced following the disgraced rapper’s recent arrest.
Diddy, 54, was arrested in New York on Monday as part of a sex trafficking investigation and is currently being held at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center.
He was denied bail and placed on suicide watch after being charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and prostitution-related charges.
Amidst the controversy, a viral image from Diddy’s 2000 Fourth of July party, shows him in bed with Lopez and the late R&B icon Aaliyah.
Also appearing in the photo were the late record executive Andre Harrell, model Natane Adcock and Damon Dash.

Amid the controversy, a viral image from Diddy’s 2000 Fourth of July party shows him in bed with Lopez, the late R&B icon Aaliyah, the late record executive Andre Harrell, model Natane Adcock and Damon Dash, among others.
The guests beamed as they relaxed on the oversized bed, appearing to snuggle up to each other.
At the time, JLo and Diddy were still a couple, having dated from 1999 to 2001.
The resurfaced footage comes after a clip of her mother fuming after being asked if a romantic reunion with Diddy was possible went viral following his arrest for sex trafficking.
In 2015, Jennifer appeared on The Wendy Williams Show with her mother Guadalupe Rodriguez in the audience.
Talk show host Wendy was curious if there was any potential reconciliation on the horizon at the time, as she said: ‘So if you remember, last time you were here I told you that I could always see you getting back together with Puffy in some way. ‘
JLo laughed and shook her head while Wendy shrugged, but it was Guadalupe’s reaction that was most surprising.
The crowd’s reaction could be heard as the camera panned to the star’s mother in the audience as she glared at her famous daughter and screamed “no!” while making a hand gesture that said “cut it out.”
The clip resurfaced on X (formerly Twitter) after Diddy’s arrest when one user wrote: “Some of you didn’t catch JLO’s mom’s reaction when Wendy Williams said this.”
JLo and Diddy dated for two years before splitting in 2001; they are pictured together in February 2000.
The disgraced music artist was arrested Monday in New York amid a sex trafficking investigation and is currently being held at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center; seen in the 2002 Conan O’Brien interview
This comes after Diddy was seen making a joke about locking women up at parties in a resurfaced Conan O’Brien interview that took place 22 years earlier.
A 2002 interview with Diddy on Late Night With Conan O’Brien has resurfaced and gone viral when he made comments about having “locks on doors” to prevent women from leaving parties.
While giving advice on how to throw a “spectacular party,” Combs said, “Here’s what you do. Women. Beautiful women, of course. Beautiful men for the ladies, of course.”
He went on to give a list of things to do in order to organize a party, such as needing “alcohols” and “some water.”
When Conan asked him why water was on the list, Diddy said, “I don’t know if men have realized this, I mean, a lot of women drink water at parties. They just, you know, if you don’t have what they need, they leave.”
“You have to keep them there,” he continued. “You have to have locks on the doors.”
Combs was arrested by Homeland Security officials at the Park Hyatt hotel in midtown Manhattan, and a judge on Tuesday ordered him held without bail.
At the heart of the allegations against Diddy are so-called ‘freak off’ sessions, in which the rapper allegedly forced and drugged women into long sexual marathons.
Meanwhile, Lopez, who recently filed for divorce from Ben Affleck, was spotted shopping in Beverly Hills on Saturday but has remained silent on her ex’s arrest.
At the time of the July 4th photo, JLo and Diddy were still a couple, having dated from 1999 to 2001.
The shopping spree comes after a recent reunion with ex-husband Ben Affleck, marking their second meeting in just a week.
Diddy’s arrest came about six months after federal authorities raided his homes in Los Angeles and Miami.
In those raids, prosecutors said officers found more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant that had allegedly been used in his infamous “outbursts.”
Authorities said they have interviewed more than 50 witnesses and associates, and that their raids included the seizure of a large number of laptops, cellphones and hard drives.
Lopez is reportedly ‘trying to be friendly’ with Affleck for the sake of their children.
Jennifer and Ben originally met on the Los Angeles set of Martin Brest’s box office flop Gigli in 2001, but abruptly split just three days before their 2004 wedding.
Both married other people after their initial breakup: Jennifer married Anthony in 2004 and Ben married Garner in 2005.
However, after the end of both marriages, the two rekindled their romance in 2021.
Prosecutors also say they are in possession of footage they say proves Diddy coerced and manipulated the victims into engaging in lewd acts.
Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, argued in court this week that his client does not deserve to be lumped with other high-profile figures accused of similar crimes, such as R. Kelly and Jeffrey Epstein.
Speaking about the allegation, Agnifilo said: ‘This is evidence, not of sex trafficking, but of being caught cheating… He was in a 10-year loving relationship through dark periods.’
