Now, the This Is Me… Now singer, 55, has shared whether she is dating again.
The Atlas star, who spent the summer in the Hamptons “working on herself” after “her world fell apart,” said Interview magazine not so fast.
When comedian Nikki Glaser mentioned that JLo might have a higher bar for ‘“Next person to come,” Lopez responded, “Here’s the thing: There’s no new bar because I’m not looking for anyone.” How is that?
Lopez also said, “It’s just me flying alone.”

The Atlas star, who spent the summer in the Hamptons “working on herself” after her world fell apart, told the magazine that it wasn’t that fast.
The Unstoppable star added that this is the first time she’s said that as a single woman.
‘Did you know? People who are romantic, love having relationships, and want to grow old with someone, we think, “I have to have that to be fulfilled and happy.” And not you,” shared the mother of twins Max and Emme.
And he added ‘it took 30 years’ to get to this place, he noted.
Towards the end of the interview, Nikki asks Jennifer again about the end of her marriage.
“You don’t regret the pain you just suffered,” Glaser said.
‘Not for a second. That doesn’t mean he didn’t almost eliminate me for good. He almost did it.
But now, on the other side of it, I’m like, “Damn, that’s exactly what I needed.” Thank you god. I’m sorry it took me so long. I’m sorry you had to do this to me so many times. I should have learned it two or three times ago. I understand. You had to hit me really hard on the head with a damn mallet. You let the house fall on me. “I don’t have to do it again.”
Glaser then said, “You finally got it.”
The Maid In Manhattan actress agreed: ‘I finally got it! And by the way, that doesn’t mean I have it all figured out.

‘Now I get excited when you say you’re going to be alone.
‘Yeah, I’m not looking for anyone, because everything I’ve done in the last 25 or 30 years, being in these different challenging situations, what can I do when it’s just me flying solo?’
The Hustlers star hinted she needed to be alone again after leaving Ben: ‘You have to be healthy. You have to be complete if you want something more complete.”
‘You have to be good on your own. I thought I had learned that, but I didn’t. And then this summer I had to say, “I need to go away and be alone. I want to prove to myself that I can do it.”
When Nikki asked if the breakup was “hard,” JLo replied, “Yeah, it’s fucking hard!”
And she feels sad.
“It feels alone, unknown, scary. He feels sad. “It feels desperate,” the Can’t Get Enough singer said.
“But when you sit in those feelings and say, ‘These things aren’t going to kill me,’ it’s like I’m actually capable of feeling joy and happiness for myself. Being in a relationship doesn’t define me. I can’t look for happiness.” in other people. I have to have happiness inside me. I used to say I’m a happy person, but I was still looking for something that someone else could fill, and it was like, “No, I’m actually good.”
When he addressed his “lessons,” he said it’s a “lifelong process.”
“I think that’s what I love about life, that there’s no end point,” the Bronx beauty said.

‘You can only improve and grow if you want to. It’s growing or dying, and I don’t want to do the death part.

‘That’s what I’ve learned about love, that it’s a sure thing. You make me feel safe, and when I fail to achieve glory, you understand me and help me grow to be better, because you have your limits and I have mine.’
