The couple formerly known as ‘Bennifer’ – who legally separated on April 26 – Originally paid $60.85 million in May 2023 for the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom double-gated Crestview Manor estate, which sits atop a five-acre promontory.
There was also a curious red pickup truck loaded with cardboard boxes parked outside the newly renovated home, which has 46,000 square feet of roofed space and 38,000 square feet of air conditioning.
The 55-year-old pop diva and her estranged fourth husband, 52 (who reportedly have a $20 million mortgage), hired The Agency real estate agent Santiago Arana in May to quietly take it off the market, before it went public. MLS for a staggering $68 million on July 11.
