Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly “living separate lives” amid ongoing rumors of marital problems.

It has been claimed for weeks that the couple’s marriage was in trouble after it emerged they had not been pictured together publicly for 47 days.

What followed was a series of awkward public outings, in which body language experts deduced that the couple seemed “unhappy” in each other’s company.

It is now claimed that while the couple are not ‘officially separated’, they have been spending time apart and thinking about buying separate homes.

A source said Eastern Time: ‘Jen and Ben have been living separate lives but have not officially broken up yet. At this point, they’re just doing their thing. They started their relationship very optimistic and thought that things could change, but that was not the case.

The source continued: ‘Jen is touring houses and looking for her own home. She has leaned on her mother, her sisters, and her children during this period of transition.

“Ben is sad about all of this, but focused on his work, being a great father, and being a good father to Jennifer Garner. He has leaned on Matt Damon and his close circle of friends. Matt is always on Ben’s side. and supports it.”

MailOnline has contacted Jennifer and Ben’s representatives for comment.

The reports follow claims that the couple hired real estate agent Santiago Arana of The Agency to sell their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion, which they bought last year.

The couple, who have reportedly been “living apart” for weeks, purchased the residence after touring more than 80 properties together to find the perfect martial home for their blended family.

Amid rumors that “divorce is imminent” for the couple, a source said TMZ that his relator has been “showing the house for about two weeks” but has not yet secured a buyer.

The source reported that “they are asking around $65 million for the house.”

With the “significant money” the Oscar winner, 51, and the singer, 54, invested in improvements, the outlet said they would suffer a “loss of millions of dollars.”

TMZ also reported that Jennifer is “already looking for a new house,” as Ben is staying in a $100,000-a-month rental in Brentwood, near his ex-wife, Jennifer.

Earlier this week, DailyMail.com reported that photographs of the lavish interior of their marital home appeared on estate agent websites after being removed following the sale of the property to the couple last May.

DailyMail.com determined that these new photos were uploaded to the real estate site Zillow.com on June 1 and 5. The house is still listed as sold.

The couple bought the house and paid cash for it after a two-year search for their dream home in what was supposedly a fairytale ending to their decade-long love story.

Today, fifty images, including an exterior shot of the palatial property illuminated and glowing against the Los Angeles sky, are visible in multiple real estate sites where there were none before.

A property description has also been uploaded describing the Wallingford estate, on which the property is located, as an exclusive 6-acre headland. The lot includes not only the main building but also an adjacent additional house providing 10,000 square feet of guest accommodation along with a caretaker’s house.

There are garages for 15 cars and parking for 80 and an outdoor sports complex with basketball, pickleball, gym, boxing ring and bar, as well as a 150-degree zero-edge pool.

The move has sparked speculation that the 17-bedroom, 43,000-square-foot property will quietly return to the market.

A representative for J Lo noted that the images themselves are not new.

It’s just the latest indicator that all is not well with the celebrities who eloped in Las Vegas in July 2022 before celebrating their union for several days (and several dresses) in Georgia the following month.

Last week, J Lo, 54, surprised her fans by abruptly canceling the US leg of her ‘This is Me Now’ tour, whose sales had been disappointing.

In a statement, she described herself as “completely heartbroken and devastated to have let you down.”

He continued: “I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel it was absolutely necessary.” I promise I’ll make it up to you and we’ll all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time.’

The reason the actress and singer gave for backing out of her long-term commitment was that she was “taking some time off to be with her children, family and close friends.”

It did not go unnoticed that her husband did not deserve any mention.
