She is diligent about her skincare routine, exercises a lot, spends time with her loved ones, eats healthy, and spends time being creative.

Comment then asked: ‘How do you train to take care of yourself? We want to know.’

Followers answered that they get enough sleep, meditation and diet.

This comes after the Shotgun Wedding actress spoke to her us weekly last month about how moving her body helps her maintain a positive mental attitude.

The singer has been promoting BodyArmor Lite for the new “Choose More” campaign in which she stars.

“It’s no secret that fitness is a very important part of my life,” said Ben Affleck’s wife and mother of twins Max and Amy, 15.

“I think there is a positive relationship between exercise and mental health,” says the artist, whose next album, This Is Me… Now—the follow-up to 2003’s This Is Me…Then—will be released this summer.

She is on to something.

According to MentalHealth.org, “Research shows that people who exercise regularly have better mental health and emotional well-being, and lower rates of mental illness.

Exercising appears to reduce the risk of mental illness.

It also seems to help treat some mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety.

Lopez then added to UsWeek Weekly writer Meredith Nardino, “When you find a good balance through determination and focus, we naturally push to be the best version of ourselves.”

Lopez has claimed she moves “first thing in the morning” — which is often before 5 a.m. when it’s still dark — regardless of her “heavy schedule” at the store.

“I try to make good choices and balance my time,” she added to the site.

And she mixes up her movements in the exercise.

“I’m always evolving and looking for things that keep me excited and excited,” she explained.

“I’m not afraid to challenge myself, so I’m open to pushing myself, which I’m doing now as I practice for my new album, (This Is Me…Now), which comes out this summer.”

She also loves the product.

“We share similar values when it comes to grit, hard work and a passion to challenge ourselves to reach our limits and get better every day,” Lopez told the site.

BODYARMOR LYTE is a product that has worked for me. I love it because it has no added sugar and is low in calories.

“It’s made with a coconut water base and contains electrolytes full of potassium and antioxidants—which contribute to keeping you hydrated, but also helps me rejuvenate after an intense workout, performance, or a full day on the go.”

She has done kickboxing, ring training, core work, lunges, and calisthenics.

“She shows up no matter what, she takes her time seriously, she knows her body, and she wants to be herself,” said her trainer, Tracy Anderson.

“She knows that working hard to get a workout is part of it.”

When her career first took off, she paid less attention to stress.

There was a time in my life when I slept 3-5 hours a night. I’d be on set all day and in the studio all night doing cruises and shooting videos on the weekends. I was in my late 20s and thought I was invincible,” she wrote on JLo in July 2022.

“Until one day, I was sitting in a trailer, and all the work and stress that brought with it, along with not enough sleep to recover mentally, absorbed me.”

Then she felt “frozen”.

I thought I was losing my mind. … Now I know it was a classic panic attack triggered by burnout, but I had never heard of that term at the time.

After consulting a doctor, the New York native said she “realized how serious the consequences could be of ignoring what my body and mind needed to be healthy — and that’s where my journey to wellness began.”
