Jennifer Hudson rocks a black jumpsuit under sleek pants as 50 Cent joins her to lead Hollywood’s brightest into the 2024 NBA All-Star Game.

50 Cent joined Jennifer Hudson to take over the 2024 NBA Ruffles Celebrity All-Star Game on Friday.

The couple arrived at Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts, to kick off NBA All-Star weekend with a basketball game between Hollywood heavyweights.

EGOT winner Hudson, whose romance with Common is heating up, dared to impress in a black suit and pleated pants, as she posed for photographers with her 14-year-old son, David Daniel Otunga, Jr.

The In Da Club hitmaker kept it casual and chic in a white printed polo and a pair of waxed denim.

Before the two stars could put on their sports uniforms for the big game, a cavalcade of celebrities joined them on the red carpet, including AJ McLean, Lil Wayne and Dallas Cowboys star Micah Parsons.

The team led by Stephen A. Smith had 50 Cent as an assistant, while the team led by Shannon got a little help from Lil Wayne.

Meanwhile, Micah led Team Shannon to a 100-91 victory over Team Steven. He got an MVP along the way. with 37 points and 16 rebounds.

Micah had help from Los Angeles Rams catcher Puka Nacua and actor Dylan Wang.

Nacua produced impressive highlight dunks against a Stephen A team that looked overmatched, according to NBA.com.

The losing team included Houston Texans quarterback CJ Stroud, content creator Tristan Jass and Olympic high jump gold medalist Gianmarco Tamberi.

The star-studded on-court showdown marked the start of a three-day event packed with skills challenges, games and contests, including the fan-favorite dunk contest.

It all culminates on Sunday with the 2024 NBA All-Star Game, which will feature captains LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Hudson’s appearance at the event comes after her boyfriend Common revealed that he has not ruled out marriage after confirming their relationship on the Today show.

When asked by Hoda Kotb if he’s “the type to get married,” the 51-year-old rapper revealed that he hopes to walk down the aisle one day.

As for whether his current girlfriend could be his future wife, the three-time Grammy winner praised that he has “grown” a lot and that “the work” he has done on himself “has allowed him” to see himself as “a guy who gets married.” ‘

“I’m the type that I’m capable and I have the ability, and if at any point in my life I wanted to do that, I would know when the time is right,” he told viewers.

A few days later, on The Jennifer Hudson Show, Common makes his girlfriend blatantly ask him if he was in a relationship.

“Let’s get to work, Mr. Common,” Hudson said. ‘I’m a host, so I have to ask you this question, because everyone always wants to know this. Are you dating anyone?’

He replied: ‘Yes. “And I’m in a relationship with one of the most beautiful people I’ve ever met in my life.”

He went on to say: ‘She’s smart. She loves God. She’s got something really sensible about her. She is talented. But I set my standards pretty high because she had to have an EGOT.

‘He had to win an Oscar for his first film. I set my standard high. He had to put on his own talk show,’ she concluded.

As for why they made Hudson’s talk show public, Common said they were just having a little fun.

Jennifer was previously engaged to David Otunga, a WWE professional wrestler, before their split in November 2017.

He proposed to Hudson in September 2008 after a year of dating.

During their 10-year relationship, the couple did not end up walking down the aisle, but gave birth to their first child together: David Daniel Otunga, Jr.

Previously, Common has had relationships with Tiffany Haddish, Angela Rye, Serena Williams, Taraji P. Henson, Erykah Badu and Kim Jones.
