Jennifer Garner has revealed that her children are not allowed to have social media accounts.
The actress, who has two daughters, Violet, 17, Seraphina, 14, and a son, Sam, 11, sees the online world as harmful.
“I don’t know if I’m doing the right thing, but I don’t allow my kids on social media,” the 50-year-old tells me in this week’s issue Stellar magazine.
“I tell them, ‘If you can show me articles that prove kids are happier with access to social media, we can have that conversation.

“And until then, I can certainly show you articles that talk about the ways it harms children’s health.”
The actress insists that her eldest teenage daughter is “grateful” for her mother’s protection.
“My oldest is 17 and she tells me she’s very grateful I set that boundary,” she says.
“It’s not that they don’t have access to all sorts of things online. Just because they don’t have social media accounts doesn’t mean they don’t interact with what’s on Instagram, TikTok and all those things,” Jennifer continues.
