Jennie Garth shared a positive update on her I Choose Me podcast, revealing that she is now “officially friends” again with her ex Peter Facinelli.

Garth, 52, and Facinelli, 50, met on the set of their 1995 film An Unfinished Affair and married in January 2001.

They share three daughters, although the relationship did not last: Facinelli filed for divorce in March 2012, which was finalized in June 2013.

In late May, Garth invited Facinelli onto his podcast for an emotional sit-down where they spoke openly about their life together and their split.

During the new episode of I Choose Me that debuted Monday, Garth revealed that Facinelli has since unblocked her on Instagram and they are friends once again.

‘I want to share something with you real quick. The good that has come out of this podcast… but specifically the episode with my ex Peter. ‘Guys, we’re officially friends now,’ Garth admitted.

“He even unblocked me from Instagram. I was blocked from his social media for so long that I stopped caring years ago. But now I’m unblocked. That’s great news,” Garth added.

He added that he has helped her on a few occasions recently, including using her guest room for testing and borrowing a cooler.

Garth also said that Facinelli “invited me to his son Jack’s christening,” referring to the three-year-old son the actor shares with fiancée Lily Anne Harrison.

The reconciliation will even carry over to the July 4th holiday, when the whole family will be together on a boat.

“And this week, get ready, we’re all going on a boat together with the whole family,” Garth gushed.

She joked: “Whether we push each other overboard is yet to be determined, but this is the power of the pod people.”

Garth and Facinelli share Luca Bella Facinelli, who turns 27 on June 29; Lola Ray Facinelli, 21; and Fiona Eve Facinelli, 17.

“I loved you and we had a beautiful family, but I hadn’t developed who I was. I don’t even know how you could love me because you didn’t know me,” she admitted.

“We haven’t really talked a lot about life in years, so I honestly don’t know you… and I don’t think you know me,” the Twilight alum, 50, said on Tuesday’s episode of her iHeartRadio podcast I Choose Me.

“And yet, it’s like when you come home and you’re with your mom or your dad or, you know, your sisters and they treat you like you’re 16, 17, 18, like they remember the last time they saw you when you were younger, and then there’s this feeling of, ‘Oh, I know her because we were together for so long, but you’ve grown into this wonderful, mature adult woman and I’ve grown up. ‘ When we look at each other, we still look like the 21[and]22-year-old versions of each other,” she added.

Facinelli also said on the podcast: “I felt very sorry because I was in this marriage and it felt a little bit like an arranged marriage.”

“I loved you and we had a beautiful family, but I hadn’t developed who I was. I don’t even know how you could love me because you didn’t know me,” she admitted.
