DailyMail.com caught up with the Beverly Hills 90210 actress while on a grocery run in Los Angeles. When asked if she supported Doherty, Garth replied, “Of course. Everything she needs.
The pair were known for butting heads while starring in the ’90s teen drama, and in August 2019, Garth, 51, revealed the tension was so bad they almost got into a physical fight on set .
The rumor mill started spinning again in March when some fans called out Garth for allegedly leaving Doherty out of social media posts when they both attended 90s Con earlier this year.
But it looks like Garth is ready to put the feud behind them after Doherty revealed last week that her breast cancer had spread to her brain.

On Wednesday, her former co-star Doherty shared more information about her ongoing battle with cancer.
She uploaded a video to social media and wrote, “Jan 16, 2023. Surgery. I had a tumor on my head that they wanted to remove and also do a biopsy. I’m clearly trying to be brave but I’m petrified.
Doherty was shown in a hospital bed, wearing a gown and a cap over her hair, appearing to be in high spirits before being put under anesthesia.
Her caption went on to say, “This is what cancer can look like.”
She wrote: “The fear was overwhelming for me. Afraid of all possible bad outcomes, worried about leaving my mother and the impact it would have on her. Worried about me getting out of surgery, not me anymore.

This week, Doherty uploaded a video clip that showed her talking with a medical professional before having a tumor removed from her head.

Shannen’s post included a heartbreaking clip of her crying as she received cancer treatment at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
It comes after the actress underwent a CT scan on January 5 which revealed cancer cells had spread from her breasts to her brain – known as ‘brain metastases’.
According to the Mayo Clinic, breast cancer is likely to lead to brain metastases which could cause a tumor or tumors in the brain.
Doherty explained that she had her first round of radiotherapy on January 12 and was scared despite having an “excellent” medical team.
Her post included a heartbreaking clip of herself crying as she received cancer treatment at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The star explained that it was part of the “process of adapting to the mask you wear while your brain is being radiationd.”
In March, Doherty and Garth posed for a rare photo with Tori Spelling, Jason Priestley and Ian Ziering at 90s Con.

She captioned her post: “It was more like Friends Con Loved seeing some familiar and friendly faces this weekend.”
But fans noticed that Doherty was notably absent from the slew of photos, despite being present at the event.
Several hours later, the What I Like About You actress added another comment to her post to defend herself against accusations of a feud with Doherty. But it was made worse when she misspelled Doherty’s first name twice.
‘All right. everyone needs to take a deep breath… 1. i just didn’t have a picture of me with shannon on my phone to add. 2. I didn’t have access to a backstage Shannon banner. As if there wasn’t one in the heap.
‘3. we had almost completely different schedules, so unfortunately we barely saw each other. 4. Stop making assumptions when you have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. 5. Please stop reaching out to paint such a negative narrative. here and everywhere,” Garth wrote.
She then posted a group photo with the cast – and included Doherty.
