David Eason is said not to be accused of killing their family dog, a French bulldog named Nugget.
According to a Thursday report from TMZ, the 30-year-old is off the hook and the investigation is packed.
The site added that his wife Jenelle Evans of the fame of Teen Mom told the police that the whole incident was a publicity stunt to increase their fame. She also said she lied about hearing a shot outside the house.
About: David Eason will not be accused of killing their family dog, a French bulldog named Nugget. According to a TMZ report on Thursday, the Teen Mom star is off the hook and the investigation is packed. David is seen here in February with his wife Jenelle Evans
These turn events are shocking because Jenelle had previously said she heard a gunshot and believed that Eason had killed their dog outside their home in North Carolina.
And David even admitted in a video that he had killed the dog because he was nibbling his daughter.
On May 1, Eason posted an Instagram video of the bulldog that was snarling at the two-year-old daughter of the couple, Ensley.
& # 39; I can't afford the animal to bite my baby's face & # 39 ;, he wrote the clip.
Wow: These turn events are shocking because Jenelle had previously said she had heard a shot and believed that Eason had killed their dog outside their home in North Carolina
& # 39; Whether it's your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I don't include it at all. It's about protecting my family, it's my life's mission. Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means so much to me. & # 39;
He continued: & # 39; You can hate me anything you want, but this is not the first time the dog has been aggressive towards Ensley. The only person who can judge the weather or no animal is a danger to MY CHILD is ME. & # 39;
Jenelle also seemed sad when she wrote: & # 39; Nugget … I cry every day. I love you so much and I'm so sorry. I am speechless, "she wrote an Instagram selfie on Wednesday." You were my ax and knew the moment I felt bad and hugged me. You still had a lot to learn and a lot to grow from your lessons. Every day that I wake up, you are not here, when I come home you are not here, when I go to bed … you are not here. You are gone forever and there will be no return. #Heartbroken #Distraught. & # 39;
Good luck! Evans has regained custody of her daughter Ensley, two, and son Kaiser, four, when she posted this photo on Wednesday
But as the investigation progressed, it became dark.
Jenelle said it was all made up and she wanted the incident to go away & # 39 ;.
She also changed her story and said she never heard a gun go off.
Addition to the strangeness of this case, the dead body of the dog was never found and there was no trace of blood and any remains of the dog in the house.
It is still not revealed where the dog is. If the dog is not dead, he must have been given away or the couple hides him at their home.
The source of TMZ said: & # 39; Cops claim to have searched the property thoroughly and never found a weapon or blood or evidence of killing an animal. Combine that with Evans and she said she made up the whole thing and packed the investigation. & # 39;
The incident caused Child Protective Services to investigate Jenelle and she temporarily lost custody of all three of her children.
Jenelle shares Ensley with husband David Eason , whose murder of the family dog in May led to the removal of the toddler and her half-brother from their home.
But on Wednesday the children returned after a weeks-long legal battle.
A judge in North Carolina ruled that her son Kaiser, four, and daughter Ensley had to return to their mother, TMZ reported.
& # 39; Crying in tears of joy, & # 39; tweeted Jenelle after the custody case was rejected.
Ensley lived with Jenelle & # 39; s mother Barbara Evans, who has permanent custody of her eldest son Jace, nine.
Kaiser was with his father Nathan Griffiths.
According to TMZ, Griffiths must bring the boy back to Jenelle on Thursday at 10 a.m.
RadarOnline reported that the judge had settled the case & # 39; & # 39; after testimony was packed.
Jenelle left the court and said she & # 39; very happy & # 39; was with the way things went.

A judge in North Carolina had ruled on May 28 that the teenage Mom 2-star & # 39; could not protect the children while they were in her care & # 39; after Eason killed the family dog and documented it on video.
After the little dog seemed to squeeze Ensley's face after trying to kiss it, The blast reported that Eason & # 39; grabbed the dog by the throat and knocked him to the ground & # 39; before he threw the helpless animal at the kitchen table.
He then threw the dog's body out of the door before he grabbed a gun and a gun and shot him and returned to the house covered in blood.
Child Protective Services started a probe from Eason and Evans after the dog's death, according to The blast, and sources told RadarOnline that & # 39; CPS described the state of the house so horribly & # 39 ;, as & # 39; it was filthy and there were holes in all the walls & # 39 ;.
Emergency services reported that the authorities were called 25 times in the past year.
The data showed that almost a third of the calls were requests for welfare check and that six people were called inside the house.
The children were removed from the house after Eason's brutal murder of the French Bulldog Nugget in early May, which he documented on video
Evans was then released by MTV after Eason's assassination of Nugget.
In a statement, the network said: & # 39; We stopped filming with Jenelle … from April 6, 2019 and have no plans to discuss her story in the coming season, & # 39; noting that they also & # 39; their [relationship] relationship with David Eason more than a year ago in February 2018. & # 39;
The network had already stopped showing Eason on the reality show after he went on a homophobic rant, calling homosexual and transgender people as & # 39; horrors & # 39 ;, and arguing about gun laws with a user on Twitter.
Only this Tuesday did Jenelle talk about an incident that led to her and Eason called 9-1-1 for her mother.
& # 39; David and I were on FaceTime with Jace when we told my mother to Ensley: & # 39; Come here, I have to shower. & # 39; Then she took Ensley into the other room and we immediately heard her scream and cry, & she said UsWeekly.
& # 39; We asked Jace what was going on, and he said my mother locked Ensley in the bedroom so she could take a shower, & # 39; Jenelle continued. & # 39; We told Jace to open the door, and when he couldn't open the door, we called 911 for help because we could only hear Ensley screaming. & # 39;
TMZ posted audio from the call to emergency services made by Eason.
He hears the coordinator say: & # 39; My mother-in-law has locked my 2-year-old child in the bedroom so that she could shower, and now she can't open the door, and my child is crazy. She has been shouting on the phone for the past five to ten minutes. & # 39;
During the telephone conversation, Eason asked if child protection services could be notified and was told that he could do that if another officer followed him.
Jenelle and Eason get married in 20017. MTV ended his relationship with Eason in February 2018 and after shooting the dog he also dropped Jenelle from the coming Teen Mom season
