“We confirm the sale by Epstein’s estate of the New Mexico property known as the ‘Zorro Ranch,’ with the proceeds to be used for the administration of the estate, including payment of creditors,” it said. said Daniel Weiner, a lawyer representing Epstein’s estate.

The name of the new owner and the final price paid for the property were not disclosed as of August 22. The last listing price was $18 million.

“While the details of this sale (including purchase price and buyer) are confidential, the estate will disclose the sale in its next quarterly accounting which will be filed with the probate court in St. Thomas, USVI,” Weiner said in a statement to media. .

Epstein reportedly hoped to turn the sprawling 33,000 square foot property into a “baby factory”, and several women have said they were raped and assaulted there when they were underage.
