Jeffrey Epstein’s assistant Sarah Kellen has avoided prosecution for sex trafficking despite being repeatedly mentioned in his grand jury filings since 2005.

Epstein’s victims mentioned Kellen three times in the transcript of a court hearing in Palm Beach, Florida, during the original investigation into the late pedophile’s sex trafficking ring.

The victims described how she welcomed them into her now-demolished oceanfront mansion and then led them upstairs to the massage room.

Once there, Kellen prepared the massage oils before Epstein arrived and sexually assaulted or raped them.

One victim described how she contacted Kellen to arrange an appointment to see Epstein, the first of “hundreds” of times she would go to his home to be sexually assaulted.

Also repeatedly named was Nadia Marcinko, also known as Marcinkova, an Eastern European model with whom victims said they had sex at Epstein’s direction.

Both women were named as alleged co-conspirators under Epstein’s favorable plea deal with prosecutors in Palm Beach in 2008.

Undisclosed court documents allege that Marcinko, who has never been charged with any crime, procured young women for Epstein, a claim his lawyers have denied.

But under the extraordinary terms of the agreement they were exempt from prosecution.

Another woman named in the grand jury files, which were released this week, was Ghislaine Maxwell, but she eventually went to trial and was found guilty in 2021 and is serving a 20-year prison sentence.

One Epstein victim told DailyMail.com: ‘I never understood why Sarah Kellen was not prosecuted.

“She was deeply involved in Epstein’s operation. She should face justice, just like Ghislaine Maxwell.”

Included in the 176 pages of grand jury transcripts is testimony from Joseph Recarey, the late Palm Beach police detective who was one of the lead officers investigating Epstein.

He told the court he interviewed one girl who had just graduated from high school and said he sent six others to Epstein.

Maxwell was jailed for 20 years for her role in helping Epstein procure girls, but Kellen was never charged.

Also repeatedly named in court was Nadia Marcinko, a model from Slovakia who victims say had sex with them on Epstein's orders.

According to her claims that she resembled Heidi Fleiss, the famous Hollywood madam, she appears to be Haley Robson.

The girl said she met Epstein when she was 17 and was taken to his home where she met a woman named Sarah, who appears to be Kellen.

Recarey said the girl told her: “They took her to the house. She was introduced to Epstein’s assistant, named Sarah.

‘Sarah would then accompany her upstairs and prepare the room for the massage by placing the ointments and different oils.’

When the girl rejected Epstein’s advances, he told her he would pay her to bring him other girls.

Epstein said, “The younger the better,” Recarey told the grand jury.

Perhaps the most disturbing account came from a victim who said she started going to Epstein’s house at age 16 and went there “hundreds of times.”

This victim identified Sarah Kellen by her full name and said she led her to the massage room where Epstein began masturbating with her.

Recarey said: ‘She remembered that the appointment was set for that day.

‘They (the victim) contacted Mr. Epstein’s assistant, Sarah; later identified as Sarah Kellen; where the meeting was arranged.

‘They took her (to the house), she remembered it was the weekend because she only worked on weekends because she was still in high school.’

According to the victim, she was forced to participate in threesomes with Nadia Marcinko, whom Epstein allegedly bought from her parents when she was 14.

Epstein referred to her as his “Yugoslav sex slave,” although she was actually born in Slovakia, part of the former Czechoslovakia.

Epstein persuaded the teenager to perform oral sex on Marcinko during a threesome by offering her another $200 if she did so for five minutes, she said.

The victim had been told Epstein would never penetrate her because he had a “deformed” penis, but he once “grabbed her, placed her head on the massage table and inserted his penis into her vagina.”

According to the victim, Marcinko purchased sex toys to use as birthday gifts for Epstein one year.

Another victim, aged 18, also named Marcinko as she recounted how Epstein abused her from the age of 16.

She was paid $200 per visit and once asked to touch Marcinko’s breasts, which she did.

A third victim identified Kellen and described how she was introduced to Epstein’s assistant named ‘Sarah.’

Recarey said the stories were “consistent with all the girls.”

He said: ‘They would introduce you to the attendant who would guide you upstairs and prepare the room for the massage in the master bathroom area.

“She would put a blanket over the massage tables and provide whatever ointments Mr. Epstein would like to use.”

In the case of this victim, who was 16 years old, she was paid $300 for her first visit and then each follow-up visit became increasingly sexual.

Kellen has previously denied wrongdoing and said he is not a “monster.”

Her parents have previously said she was “vulnerable” when she met Epstein, having distanced herself from them when she was 18 because she stopped being a Jehovah’s Witness, the religion followed by her mother and father.

Her parents, Thomas and Mary Kellen, told DailyMail.com in 2020 that they feared she had been “brainwashed” and that someone might kill her.

After leaving Epstein’s orbit, Kellen married NASCAR driver Brian Vickers and the two live in an apartment in New York.

Calls to Kellen were not immediately returned.

The two other women who were named as co-conspirators in Epstein’s 2008 plea deal, Lesley Groff and Adriana Ross, have also denied wrongdoing.
