Jason Statham fires gun at Post Malone in trailer for Guy Ritchie thriller Wrath Of Man

Jason Statham fired a gun at point-blank range at Post Malone in a new trailer released Monday for the upcoming Guy Ritchie thriller Wrath Of Man.

The action thriller was co-written and directed by Ritchie, 52, and marks his fourth directorial collaboration with lead actor Statham, 53, after Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels in 1998, Snatch in 2000 and the 2005 movie Revolver.

Wrath Of Man is based on the 2004 French film Cash Truck by Nicolas Boukhrief.

The trailer opened with the introduction of Statham’s character as ‘H’ when he joined the armored truck company Fortico that specializes in cash deliveries in Los Angeles.

‘Do you have any idea how dangerous this job can be?’ A new employee asked him.

“An idea, yes,” replied H.

“We are not the predators, we are the prey,” he was told.

H soon ran into trouble when masked robbers kidnapped a fellow Fortico employee.

“Leave this to me,” H said to his armored truck driver.

He threw a bag of loot on the ground and a gunman told him to throw it in the truck next time.

“Sorry, buddy,” H apologized as he threw away a bag and shot the shooter at the same time.

H quickly and accurately threw his gun and killed several robbers while rescuing his colleague.

One of the henchmen portrayed by 25-year-old Malone, real name Austin Richard Post, fled and ran into a warehouse where H was chasing him.

He then shot the robber at close range.

Flashbacks then showed a meeting with H Fortico after the company lost two guards and a civilian was killed in a robbery.

He asked about his son who apparently died as a bystander in a robbery of an armored car.

“I need to know who killed my son,” H said to a shadowy figure.
