Police believed Jason swerved off the road, tipped over a sign and then hit a “concrete object” before landing in a ditch, the site added after speaking to police.
Somehow the car caught fire while Jason remained in the driver’s seat.
It was also reported that the actor claimed that someone swept them aside and drove them off the road.
According to police, “London stank of booze, he could barely keep his balance and spoke slurred.”
The police also shared with the site that the car had not gone well.
The vehicle had “severe damage to the passenger side,” according to the site. And it was also already on fire when the police arrived, it added.

London was fined for public intoxication and leaving the scene of an accident, but when police arrived he was reportedly still in the car.
He was not booked for a DUI and the police explained to the site that they exercised their discretion in that choice and chose to arrest him on other charges.
A spokesman for the Ocean Springs Police Department told the site that London was so drunk when he arrived at the Jackson County jail that police were unable to fingerprint him.
This isn’t the first time the ’90s star has run afoul of the law.

He has a history of arrests dating back to 2013 when he was incarcerated for a bar fight in Arizona that left him with two blue eyes.
Police also said he wet his pants while seated in the back of their vehicle.
