Jason Kelce has revealed one thing in particular that his father, Ed, forbade his brother, Travis, from doing during football games in the latest episode of New Heights.
In football, at any level, the hurdle is a legal move if a defender is lying on the ground. However, if that defender is still standing, hopping would result in a foul.
“Our dad forbade Travis from hurdling,” Jason, 36, said during Wednesday’s episode of the popular podcast he hosts with his younger brother, while new Eagles running back Saquon Barkley was a guest on the show.
Addressing his father directly, Travis responded: ‘Dad, those are the instincts that got me to where I am. “I’m going to beat someone in the first game of next year and finish on my head.”

The hurdle run has been a part of Travis’ game over the years, as noted by the Chiefs’ own tight end, who uses the technique to get past defenders after being found by his teammate and quarterback. Patrick Mahomes field.
