Jason Kelce pours cold water on return to the NFL after new Eagles recruit Saquon Barkley hinted he should UNRETIRE for another Super Bowl run: ‘I’m not doing it… nothing to add!’

Jason Kelce insists there is no chance of him returning to the NFL next season after Philadelphia Eagles new recruit Saquon Barkley tried to convince him to come out of retirement.

Appearing on the Kelce brothers’ New Heights podcast, Barkley discussed his move from the New York Giants to Philadelphia, before Jason insisted that Jalen Hurts and the rest of the team are going to be “rejuvenated” for another run in the Super Bowl.

After stating that there will be an “exceptional atmosphere” in the building next year, Kelce made the mistake of stating that it will be “a lot of fun to watch,” prompting Barkley to say, “You don’t have to see it, you know… ‘

Amid Travis and Saquon’s laughter, Jason quickly responds: ‘I’ll give you some advice…before you ask me to come back, I’m not coming back, I won’t, nothing to add.’ .’

Jason then imparted his advice, which surrounded the brutal ‘butt push’ the Eagles made famous: ‘Don’t fall on the one yard line!’

Travis continued the conversation, joking, “They didn’t ban it, they didn’t ban it!”, referencing the NFL’s decision to allow Philadelphia to continue using its innovative one-yard drive into the end zone.

There has been a lot of speculation about what’s next for Jason Kelce, just weeks after his emotional 40-minute retirement speech at Eagles headquarters.

Television appears to be the most likely route for him, with The Athletic reporting that ESPN is “aggressively trying to recruit him for its Monday Night Football show.”

Kelce’s stock has risen exponentially over the past year, in part due to his brother’s high-profile romance with Taylor Swift, and his New Heights podcast was the most listened to show in the world.

Next month, the popular duo will take their usually pre-recorded show to the stage, performing live in Cincinnati at their alma mater.

In recent weeks, tickets have been flying off the shelves with students and fans desperate for a spot in the stadium to watch the madness unfold.

Unfortunately for Swifties, it looks like Taylor won’t be able to attend the show, as she kicks off the sold-out European leg of her Eras Tour.
