Married At First Sight’s Jason Engler flips the bird over at reunion dinner as filming grinds to a halt due to noisy construction workers

Jason Engler spent most of his time with Married At First Sight looking scarred, tired and depressed.

So it was surprising to see him in an excited mood while filming scenes for the Wednesday night reunion dinner in Sydney on February 10.

The construction estimator, 35, turned the bird to photographers after production was halted due to noisy construction workers in the area.

Jason was from piece to camera in the middle of an interview when he was interrupted by construction work.

After interrupting the shoot, he playfully pointed his middle finger at a nearby photographer.

Meanwhile, his producer was yelling at the workers, “Hey guys, I’m trying to film. I need five minutes. Can you keep your voice low? Thanks.’

Filming was also interrupted earlier in the evening when Beck Zemek tried to record her interviews.

But unlike Jason, the 27-year-old manager was able to concentrate on the task and was not bothered by the noise.

But this year, Endemol Shine had to find another location to film the reunion after a rival TV production company reserved the Lilyfield space.

They settled at The Grounds of Alexandria, an upscale Sydney restaurant.

The reunion episode was supposed to be filmed in mid-January, but it kept getting pushed back. There was no way they could afford to keep it locked up, ‘a source said.
