A 33-year-old woman who suffered from severe eczema has revealed the diet that completely eliminated her irritating skin.
Dental hygienist Janice Eadie, of the Canadian Toronto, noticed that the red welts on her face began to sprout around her eyes at the tender age of 12 years.
She tried everything imaginable, including different drug combinations, to treat her painful skin condition that was affecting her for almost 20 years, but nothing seemed to work.
Janice said she even felt embarrassed to leave the house without covering her swollen skin and dry with makeup every day.
But after enduring an itching eczema for life, she managed to clear up the painful imperfections on her face in just four days by simply adjusting her diet.
Sharing photos of her raw skin transformation, Janice revealed that she also lost more than seven inches (18 cm) from her waist after switching to diet.

Janice, who has been vegan for more than two years, found that the diet was easy to adjust because she never consumed meat anyway.
