Janice Dickinson hasn’t been shy about her love of plastic surgery – she’s previously spent thousands of dollars on procedures to defy the aging process.
And in the new episode of Off The Vine Podcast by Kaitlyn BristoweThe supermodel, 69, said she had her first cosmetic surgery at age 32 while dating A-list actor Sylvester Stallone.
“At what point in your career did you think, ‘I’m going to start surgery,'” Bristowe asked.
‘Oh my God. “I was dating Sylvester Stallone and I was 32,” Dickinson responded. ‘I noticed I started getting a double chin…’
To address the problem, Dickinson got a “mini facelift.”

A mini facelift is intended to address the early signs of aging by correcting sagging in the lower third of the face.
It requires smaller incisions than a typical facelift, minimal downtime, and results can last up to 10 years.
Dickinson recommended that Bristowe, who she felt was “at that age” where a double chin starts to be a concern, should also go the mini facelift route.
‘Get a mini facelift. It kept me going until last week when I noticed (my lip lines). I smoked for a while. Do not smoke. It’s bad for you,’ she said.
When asked if she “regrets” any of her past surgeries, Dickinson responded, “Oh, no.”
In 1994, Stallone and Dickinson had an affair while he was in a relationship with his now wife Jennifer Flavin. At the time, Dickinson would have been 39 years old, not 32.
They had met a year earlier at a charity event and Stallone eventually left Flavin to be with the top model.
They became engaged, but Stallone called it off six months later after learning he was not the father of her daughter Savannah, who was born in February 1994, according to Mirror.

Although she remains silent about her affair with Stallone, Dickinson is an open book when it comes to her cosmetic procedures.

He previously admitted on E!’s Botched that she is “no stranger to plastic surgery,” as she previously underwent breast surgery, a tummy tuck, a face and neck lift, and liposuction.
She has also tried injectables such as Botox, but insists her plump pout is natural.
In 2013, Dickinson filed for bankruptcy due to nearly $1 million in unpaid taxes and cosmetics bills.
At the time of filing for bankruptcy, the star owed $8,000 to Beverly Hills dermatologist Arnold Klein and more than $8,000 to the Beverly Hills Anti-Aging Center.
In 2007, her son Nathan said he was desperate for her to stop, but she said: “I won’t do any more plastic surgery, if he wants.”
In 2015 she appeared on Botched to fix a breast augmentation performed 30 years earlier that had left her breasts rippling.
