And Jane Seymour showed off her timeless beauty on Saturday when she arrived at Sunset Strip in Los Angeles with partner David Green.

The actress exuded elegance in a form-fitting red dress and a patterned scarf draped over her shoulders when she arrived at French restaurant Tesse, taking full advantage of Los Angeles’ relaxed dining rules.

And earlier this month, Jane told MailOnline exclusively that she is lucky enough to live on the coast, especially given the current global health crisis.

‘I live on the beach so I have plenty of room to walk in the sand and enjoy the fresh air, it makes walking easy and I’m a safe distance from everyone so I’m lucky in that regard,’ said Jane .

“I’m grateful to be with family during Covid. I enjoyed being with my grandchildren so much.

‘It’s so nice to help them with homework and painting. They become little artists! added Jane.

The 8/16 diet requires her to eat within eight hours and fast for the next 16 hours.

The movie icon said her biggest meal is lunch, followed by snacks at 5pm or 6pm.

Jane said, “We like lean meats like chicken and fish and we pick fresh vegetables from our garden. I like roasted cauliflower with cumin and broccolini with rosemary from our garden. And I also like sweet potatoes with roasted garlic. ‘

And one of her truffles is the use of truffle oil, as she added, ‘It’s great to cook with, just a little bit adds so much flavor and makes a meal seem gourmet.

When Covid started I went online to buy truffle oil and I must have pressed the wrong button because about three bottles came in the mail. But now I have tons of it and the kids like it when I use it, they call it the Covid Special. ‘

As for her 8/16 diet, Jane says she’s smart at warding off cravings.

“ I eat my big meal at lunch, but then I get a little hungry again at 5 or 6 PM, so I have a few snacks like pistachios, berries and guacamole. I’m a muncher when I watch TV, I need something, ” added the mother of four.

Jane is the mother of Katherine, 39, and Sean, 35, from her previous marriage to David Flynn. She also shares twins Kristopher and John, 25, with ex-husband James Keach.
