The couple, who married in Santa Barbara in 2021, live in the idyllic but star-studded beach town of Montecito, but are rarely seen side by side in public.
In fact, the Glee star, 63, can sometimes be seen grabbing coffee at Pierre LaFond or having lunch at Tre Lune, but she’s usually alone or accompanied by friends and fellow locals like Ellen Degeneres.
Lynch and Cheyne, a 62-year-old screenwriter, have attended events together, but their actual private lives have largely remained just that — private.

But last week, DailyMail.com spotted the five-time Emmy winner with her long-time partner having lunch at new hot spot Lilac Montecito on Coast Village Road.
The couple took a picturesque window seat and enjoyed their lunch at the cafe that offers gluten-free baked goods and other treats.

After an hour, the two left and returned to their car, and the actress smiled as she was photographed on the street.
‘Just use the good photos, okay?’ she joked.
Despite playing villainous characters like Sue Sylvester on Glee from 2009 to 2015, Jane is well known in Montecito for being one of the few friendly celebrities she’s encountered since moving to the coastal enclave in late 2020.

On November 4 of the following year, they were married at the Santa Barbara Courthouse, with Cheyne’s son Harry officiating the union.

This seems like a good book, with Jane praising her wife’s skills in fixing up their new home.
In 2020, he told People magazine: “We work very well and are very grateful to have found each other.” She figures out how to deal with everything.
She says, “I don’t need to hire a handyman.”
“Even though she’s feminine and delicate, she has a ton of tools she pulls out and can fix just about anything – pipes, loose blinds, and our air conditioner. She has patience for detail.”
However, no one should find it strange that the couple spends many of their days apart.
Jane said: “We have our own routines and separate spaces to retreat to within our home. But then we have coffee together in the morning or meet up for lunch.”
