Jamie Redknapp criticized Liverpool for their profligacy after Sunday’s shock 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace at Anfield.
The Reds suffered a blow to their Premier League title challenge when Eberechi Eze scored the only goal in Palace’s shock 1-0 win at Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp’s side were punished for a poor start by Eze after 14 minutes and then failed to convert many opportunities in a frustrating second half on Sunday.
Redknapp said: “So many chances, I felt like you could be there until next week and they wouldn’t have scored.”
“Liverpool missed a lot of opportunities. When the end of the season comes, that’s when you have to be clinical.

Former Arsenal midfielder Paul Merson agreed, saying Klopp’s team were paying the price for lacking a natural goalscorer.
“I think it’s a bad ending, a lot of them are bad endings.” It was one of those days.
