Jamie Oliver has revealed that he was Brad Pitt’s 40th birthday present.
The celebrity chef, 49, made the revelation when he appeared on Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa with Kate Ritchie Thursday.
When co-host Kate Ritchie asked Oliver about his experiences cooking for celebrities over the years, he recalled that Pitt’s ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston, hired him to cook for them.
“I was actually Jen’s present for Brad Pitt’s 40th birthday,” she admitted.
Aniston, 55, was married to Pitt, 60, from 2000 to 2005, before moving on with Angelina Jolie.
Jamie revealed that the cooking performance almost didn’t happen because he couldn’t believe it was Jennifer Aniston on the phone to him.
“She called and we hung up on her three times because we didn’t believe it was her. We thought someone was trying,” Jamie said.
Jamie said that because he hung up on her, Aniston had to contact her agent.

After a while, the Friends star convinced Jamie that the offer was legitimate and he left for the United States.
“Basically, they flew us out. I just did it. She said, ‘Would you cook for Brad? He’s really into Jamie’s TV show, The Naked Chef and all that, he watches it on TV and all that.’ I said, ‘Absolutely, and I’ll do it out of love, because I love you guys,'” Jamie told the radio hosts.
Oliver also revealed that his two young apprentices at the time enjoyed an extremely luxurious trip to Pitt’s home.
Jamie revealed the cooking gig almost didn’t go ahead because he couldn’t believe it was Jennifer Aniston (pictured) on the phone: “She called and we hung up on her three times because we didn’t believe it was her. We thought it was someone trying to get it on.”
“I had two students who were just 15 who didn’t even have a passport and had never flown, so their first time flying was like on Virgin Upper Class with a bar… So we went and cooked a meal which was amazing,” he said.
However, although Jamie is known to cook for celebrities, he confessed that he doesn’t like to make a habit of it.
“I don’t deliberately cook for celebrities though, I only do it if I’m working at the restaurant and they’re there, or if someone I love or admire asks me to, as was the case with Jen and Brad,” the celebrity chef said.
Comes as Jamie and his wife Jools renewed their vows once again as they celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary in Las Vegas in June.

The celebrity chef and his long-term wife Jools, 49, tied the knot in 2000 and renewed their vows for the first time in 2023 during a family trip to the Maldives.
And saying “I do” once again, they took to Instagram to share an album of snaps from their impulsive day to celebrate their anniversary.
Jamie and Jools also share five children; Poppy, 21, Daisy, 20, Petal, 14, Buddy, 12, and River, seven.
The couple tied the knot once again in an informal ceremony, in front of a tribute to Jools’ all-time favourite hitmaker, Elvis Presley.
Jools arrived at the chapel wearing jeans, a white blouse and cowboy boots, while Jamie opted for a more elegant ensemble and wore a tailored suit.
The couple shared a series of snaps on their social media accounts to document their memorable day.
Jools wrote: “Happy 24 crazy years of marriage. I love you so much, thank you for indulging my LOVE for Elvis.
‘I know there are three people in this marriage… but you understand me like NO ONE else!
‘You’ll see what I have planned for our 25th birthday @jamieoliver’
While Jamie wrote: “Happy 24th Wedding Anniversary. 24 years! Love you Vegas babe! Love you so much so much fun Jamie xxx.”
