Jamie Laing had decided to face it on his own by “abandoning” his entire team in an attempt to become a global success.
The former Made In Chelsea star, 35, made the controversial decision in a bid to reach global status, according to The sun.
He has reportedly parted ways with his UK-based talent management team, YMU.
The heavyweight agency, which has also taken on the likes of Stacey Solomon and Emma Willis, has achieved many feats for Jaime over the past two years.
Under his guise, Jamie has reached new heights in the media by landing the job of presenting BBC Radio 1’s top-rated show Drivetime.

The former reality TV personality reportedly wants to follow in Mark Wright’s footsteps and head to the United States.
He has now reportedly signed with Los Angeles-based United Talent Agency.
A source told the publication: ‘
Jamie has been at YMU for years and, on a personal level, gets along well with the team.
“But in recent months things have become increasingly complicated and tense, in terms of the direction he thinks he should take and the direction they think would work for him.
“Ultimately, Jamie wants to go global and YMU is not the best option for that.”
YMU is reportedly “heartbroken” to lose him.
UTA also recruited Jamie’s wife, Sophie Habboo, who is his co-host of the hit NewlyWeds podcast.

His controversial move came just days after he revealed the shocking incident that left him feeling like he was going to die while speaking out about living with anxiety.
During Thursday’s installment of Good Morning Britain, Jamie revealed that she had her first panic attack when she was 20 and had to go to hospital thinking she was going to die.
Describing the feeling of a panic attack, Jamie said: “You feel like you’re going to die.” I thought I was having a heart attack.
Jamie said she felt anxiety from that day on, but hid it for years out of shame.
“I hid anxiety for many years,” she told GMB hosts Ed Balls and Susanna Reid.
‘I had the typical panic attack when I was 20, I didn’t know what it was and I went to the hospital and then I hid it for many years.
“It is an intensified sensation, you feel like you are going to die. I thought I was having a heart attack. It feels like your body is taking over and adrenaline is pumping because you are hyperventilating. Your chest tightens, you feel dizzy, you feel like you are fainting.
“I took myself to the hospital and they said, ‘You’re having a panic attack, don’t worry, go home,’ and that was the day my life changed.
“I had anxiety because I didn’t know what it was, I didn’t understand it and I never talked about it.”
UTA also recruited Jamie’s wife, Sophie Habboo, who is his co-host of the hit NewlyWeds podcast.
When asked why it took her so long to talk about her anxiety, Jamie said: ‘To tell you the truth, I was ashamed of it at the time. I didn’t know what it was and I just wanted it to go away.’
“It was there for many years until I talked to a great friend of mine, who was the best man at my wedding, a guy called Toby, and I finally called him,” Jamie continued.
“I got really emotional on the phone and said, ‘Toby, something’s wrong with me,’ and I was afraid of what he was going to say and he said, ‘Don’t worry, Jamie, we’ll get through it together,’ and it was this. The echo of that It was amazing.
“I suddenly realized that all these years I had been repressing it and why hadn’t I talked about it?”
