James Packer’s ex Tziporah Malkah breaks down in Sydney court over nude pictures

James Packer’s ex-fiancée, Tziporah Malkah, fell in court on Thursday as she spoke about a leaked nude video that humiliated her and her recent financial troubles.

The former ‘It girl’, formerly known as Kate Fischer, 48, fronted Sutherland Local Court on Thursday after she was found guilty of violating an AVO order.

The ex-model eschewed the courtroom dress code in a fetish-inspired outfit and cried when she recalled how a man she knew leaked her naked video to television networks in May 2018.

Recalling the incident, the ’90s star said she was sitting down for a pub lunch of fish and chips with friends when a big screen television showed me flapping my arms naked and looking like a madman.

Malkah said her naked body was barely blurred by the television stations broadcasting the images without her permission.

“Shock, betrayal, humiliation… how could this happen? This can’t be real. How can this be legal?’ she said.

“I was just a puddle of disbelief and felt the world was upside down. It was not a fair world, not a fair world, a disgustingly disgusting thing to happen.”

Two days earlier, Malkah had an AVO out on the man, and the pair had an argument when he secretly filmed her.

Although the incident happened more than four years ago, it has taken a lasting toll on Malkah.

“If I walk into a mall and I just get bread, eggs and milk like a normal person, I feel so ashamed that I go with my head down,” she said.

‘Who thinks I’m crazy, dangerous and unstable? I’m a laughing stock, not fit for a decent society.’

She spent eight months trying to tell the police about the incident, but was ridiculed and mocked, told she had no evidence and that it was “Chinese whispers” despite the images being spread on television, she said.

In the end, she made a police statement with Ulladulla, which she shared online in violation of the AVO.

Malkah has worked in aged care, for a shelter and most recently as a traffic controller.

‘I’m not snobbish, as long as I work. I was just so bullied. The taunting, the mocking, it was a very lonely horrible feeling.’

She said there have been talks about a return to television, but advertisers are being conservative and she “doesn’t fit their healthy brand.”

“Of course I want to go back and do what I’m good at, what I want to do and what the gamblers want to see.”

She now lives “week to week from hand to mouth” borrowing money from family and friends.

And because of police checks and not being able to work with the elderly or children, she has created an OnlyFans online account.

“People sign up to watch me, kind of like my own little TV show.”

Magistrate Jennifer Atkinson found that Malkah was a person of good character, had good prospects for rehabilitation and was unlikely to repeat himself.

“The publication of unclothed material…I accept was incredibly disturbing and it is clearly still very disturbing to you,” Ms Atkinson said.

“This has been a very traumatic experience.”

Thursday's hearing came weeks after Tziporah announced she had joined subscription-based adult website OnlyFans.

Malkah was not charged with a criminal offense and was sentenced to a two-year bail for good behavior.

Out of court, Malkah said she had mixed feelings

“When (the magistrate) said to me ‘you know, I could put you in jail for two years’…I thought I was going to be another woman being fooled by the system.”

Although she was relieved that she “wasn’t going to jail,” she remained disappointed with the television channels.

“That did me a lot of damage… My sanity, friends have withdrawn from me, it was absolutely horrible.”

Earlier on Thursday, Malkah raised eyebrows in her courtroom attire as she arrived at the local court in Sydney’s Sutherland.

The former ‘It-girl’ attended a hearing after she was found guilty of violating a warrant of arrest earlier this month.

Malkah, formerly known as Kate Fischer, eschewed the court dress code for the hearing — she wore a fetish-inspired outfit complete with fishnet gloves and a plunging white top that revealed her bondage-style lace bra.

Her hair was up in a fluffy beehive style, while her makeup included black smokey eyes, blush and red lipstick.

The former model completed her look with black harem pants, strappy heels and a black fringed scarf.

According to the NSW Local Court Website“People going to court are expected to dress appropriately.”

‘You don’t have to wear a suit or tie, but make sure you are neat and tidy,’ explains the website.

The findings of Thursday’s hearing have not been made public.

Malkah was found guilty of violating an AVO on July 5 after posting an expletive-filled post about a man online.

She was banned from uploading posts about the unnamed man online as part of the court order.

According to News Corpthe court heard that Malkah’s post referred to the man as an ‘a**hat’, ‘d*** for brains’ and a ‘f***head’.

Malkah reportedly claimed that her “friends and house guests” were able to upload the messages.

However, Magistrate Jennifer Atkinson discovered that Malkah had access to the social media accounts in question, and found her guilty of violating the AVO.

Thursday’s hearing came weeks after Tziporah announced she had joined subscription-based adult website OnlyFans.

She talked about her new career in a rather bizarre Instagram post in which she also paid tribute to her father on his 79th birthday.

‘Congratulations to my wonderful father! Seventy-nine years young today,” she wrote.

“Because of your atheism, I won’t talk about God and all the ways I’d like him to bless you, at least not in public. I’m secretly saying it to myself in my head now… I love you so much. Your daughter Tziporah,” she added.
