The former TOWIE star is continuing his recovery after flying to Thailand earlier this year to go to rehab for his drug and drink addiction.
Arg posted a photo from a recent run alongside a photo of himself at the christening of his son Elliott Wright in April last year.
The reality star captioned the post: ‘I’m making progress, Inside & Outside One day at a time’.

Dozens of Arg’s famous friends applauded him for his efforts and also encouraged him to stay motivated.
James reportedly gets a helping hand from his supportive old friend Mark Wright in adapting to life after rehabilitation.
According to The sunMark, 33, and wife Michelle Keegan, 32, have been in touch with the TOWIE star during his challenges, and last since he returned to the UK from Thailand.
A source said, “Mark called James directly to make sure everything was okay. They have spoken a lot and James knows that Mark is there for him. Michelle will be too. They both think about the world of him and want him to get back to his best. ‘

According to the friend, Arg has struggled somewhat since returning to his hometown of Essex, given the recently required nationwide coronavirus lock, but “looks at the positive and makes sure he gets plenty of rest, eats well, and does a little exercise every day.”
MailOnline then contacted representatives for James Argent and Mark Wright for comment.
The troubled star was taken to hospital for the second time in two months last year after friends and family feared he’d tried a second ‘overdose’.
Paramedics rushed to his £ 1.3 million home in South Woodford, Essex in December, where they found the star ‘disoriented’ shortly before friends – including Mark – gathered in an effort to help him get the support he needed .
Insiders told MailOnline, “Mark was at his house for about six hours to support him. This was after Arg had been in the hospital and returned home …
Arg can’t afford a withdrawal period, but Mark and other close friends and family go to the club together to get him in a good spot so he can overcome this.
Realizing that he needs help with his recent addiction problems and struggles to lose weight, he turned to professionals.
“Arg gets some of the best care in the world and is also in an environment to finally improve his physical and mental state.”
Arg has been fighting booze and drug addiction ever since he became famous on TOWIE. In 2014, he was suspended after failing a routine drug test.
James checked in to The Priory and returned to the ITV reality show in 2015.
The TV star spent three months at a facility in Thailand over the 2016 holiday season to curb his addiction and revealed that he had signed up to a program to get the “ continued support ” he needed.
