- Jake Paul and Mike Tyson stepped on the scale Thursday night before their fight
- Friday’s fight will be in front of about 70,000 fans and will be broadcast on Netflix.
- Paul issued his rival a fierce warning when they met for the last time.
Jake Paul sent one last warning shot at Mike Tyson during the final showdown of their blockbuster fight on Friday night.
The unlikely rivals, Paul and Tyson, stepped on the scale and saw each other for the last time, just 24 hours before they meet in the ring at AT&T Stadium in Texas.
After they both intervened, the pair teamed up for their usual showdown, but Tyson took the opportunity to lash out and slapped the YouTuber.
Paul appeared relatively unfazed by the blow while Tyson was pinned and made few comments before leaving the stage. That gave Paul a chance at the microphone to deliver his final message.
Speaking to Ariel Helwani on stage, Paul told him: “Mike Tyson, it was a nice slap, but tomorrow you’re going to get knocked out.”
‘I’m fucking it up, I’m fucking it up! Hit like an idiot. It’s personal now, it’s personal now!

Paul and Tyson weigh in just 24 hours after meeting in the ring in Texas
In a chilling finale, he delivered a three-word message: “He must die!”
Moments before, Tyson weighed just over a pound more than Paul. Having previously operated as a cruiserweight, Paul bulked up to face Tyson and weighed in at 227.2 pounds.
Tyson then wore Versace pants and looked in incredible condition, especially considering he turned 58 in July, when he tipped the scales at 228.4 pounds.
A day earlier, Paul, Tyson and their billboard cast held a press conference at the Toyota Music Factory in Irving, Texas.
During the press conference, host Ariel Helwani pointed out the eye-catching earpiece attached to Paul’s propeller.
sports reported that the VOBARA cover cost a staggering $100,000. The YouTuber-turned-wrestler wore it on his right ear in a costly reference to Tyson’s infamous bite on Evander Holyfield in their 1997 heavyweight rematch.
Tyson slapped Paul in a frantic finale to their post-weigh-in showdown.
Paul seemed relatively unfazed by the blow as Tyson was pinned before leaving the stage.
“I’m not going to relax a little bit on Friday night,” Paul said, showing the piece to the camera. “So I have my diamond and spiked earplugs right there.”
The inspiration for the ear cover came from Tyson’s bite on Holyfield, which shocked the sport of boxing when it happened 27 years ago.
After Holyfield won their opening match in 1996 by 11th-round TKO, the pair met again at the MGM Grand the following year. The rematch would be infamously dubbed The Bite Fight after Iron Mike bit Holyfield’s ear, ending the fight with a third-round disqualification.
Tyson, 58, had his last sanctioned professional fight 19 years ago despite competing in an exhibition with Roy Jones Jr. in 2020.
