Jake Paul has hit back at Tommy Fury after he criticized him on Instagram on Tuesday morning.
Fury, 25, is looking for a new opponent after pulling out of his fight with former UFC fighter Darren Till last week following a series of toxic outbursts between the pair.
They were scheduled to meet at the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester on January 18, but Fury pulled out after Till claimed he would kick him in the head.
Fury’s last fight was a unanimous decision victory against YouTuber-turned-boxer KSI in October last year, but he was unwilling to get in the ring with a man he considers a maverick.
Paul mocked Fury following the news, while his brother Logan also weighed in on the matter, insisting the 25-year-old was “pathetic” and claiming he was “not man enough” to face Jake again, a who won last year. .
However, Fury responded to Instagram and criticized both Paul brothers.
Jake Paul and Tommy Fury reignited their war of words on social media on Tuesday
Fury responded to Jake’s brother Logan’s comments and offered his rival a rematch.
But Jake responded to Tommy, who he lost to last year, labeling him an “absolute muppet.”
“So I woke up and I saw Logan Paul talking on his podcast about how I don’t want to fight Jake (Paul) and I’m running scared,” he said in a video with the caption, “Why can I?” You just get over the loss.’
‘I saw Jake tweet the other day about how he offered me XYZ (to fight) on Netflix. I just wanted to come here and say no one runs away from that fight.
‘I already beat you once, I gave you your first defeat. The moment you stepped up and fought a real boxer, you lost, fair and square.
“I can give you a second loss, that’s not a problem, but let’s talk some serious numbers on the phone.”
Fury continued: ‘If you want to get in touch you know where I am. It’s as easy as that.
“I can come back after a year and beat you two, so at the end of the day, if you want to fight, let’s talk about serious numbers, you know where I am.”
Fury has won all 10 of his professional fights, and one of those victories was a split decision victory over Paul in Saudi Arabia in February 2023, a result that remains the only loss in the YouTuber-turned-boxer’s 12-fight career.
The bad blood didn’t stop there, however, as Paul took the X to hurl his own insults at Fury.
Fury’s victory against Paul came via split decision in Saudi Arabia in February 2023.
The Love Island star handed him the first and only defeat in the career of the YouTuber turned boxer
“What an absolute dummy,” the 27-year-old said. ‘Dude, you just got out of a fight for the third time. You have ZERO credibility.
“I offered you $8m (£6.28m) and you ran away. And now Molly left you, DAZN sued you, and you still can’t make the decision without your father. GTFOH.’
The comments that irritated both fighters came after Logan Paul spoke on his IMPAULSIVE podcast.
He had said: ‘Tommy won’t fight Jake. Of course, if one day Tommy is man enough and wants to fight Jake again, which, you know, for the right amount of money, maybe he will. That would be fantastic.
And I know Jake would like that chance, but he doesn’t need it. And for Tommy Fury, a man from a boxing family, to act like he beat a YouTuber in a one-point split decision is any kind of massive victory is just pathetic to me.
“And if he really wanted to prove that he’s the real boxer, he’d fight Jake again.”
Meanwhile, explaining the decision to withdraw from his fight with Till last Friday, Fury had said: “For the simple reason that Darren has stated time and time again that he does not want to abide by the rules of professional boxing and that if it is Upon losing the fight, he will resort to kicks and other stupid MMA tactics.
‘I’m a professional boxer, I’ve been out of the ring for over a year and I wanted this to be a great BOXING fight for the fans. I’ve missed weeks in training camp.
Both fighters’ outbursts came in the wake of Logan Paul’s comments on his own podcast.

‘We are working hard to get a new opponent and a new date. I promise to get a better opponent and a better fight for you. Good news around the corner.
The outspoken Till quickly responded to Fury, labeling him and his father John “sh*t houses” and insisting he didn’t need to “throw kicks” to win the contest.
“I was selling the fight to make me and you more money, absolutely empty head, fighting family, my ass, you and your dad, shitty houses,” Till wrote on X.
‘I don’t need to throw kicks, they were knocking you out, spark, divvy, we were making money in this fight because I’m not you.
‘I was building it, you should be fighting and you should thank me. Over and over again…no one wants to fight me…Jake Paul, what are you doing, you fat fool?
