Disgraced football WAG Arabella Del Busso shows off her post-prison physique, as the lingerie model prepares to return to the boxing ring.
Reality TV The contestant and ex-girlfriend of NRL star Josh Reynolds has been jailed for stealing $52,000 from her employer. Earlier this year.
In July, Del Busso walked free from Australia’s largest women’s prison after serving just five months for stealing money from her employer while working as a receptionist.
On Tuesday, the 34-year-old shared two snaps of her in-shape physique on her Instagram Story, as she posed in her training gym in a one-piece leotard.
“Happy Hunchback Day,” she captioned the racy full-length selfie that showed off her backside.
The Melbourne native, known in the boxing world as ‘Lil Bellsy’, proudly showed off the results of her training.
In Tuesday’s selfies, Del Busso appears to have gained a noticeable amount of muscle since being released from incarceration.
“If my mind can conceive it and my heart can believe it, then I can achieve it…” Del Busso wrote in the caption of a new video of herself working hard with a trainer at the same boxing gym.

Del Busso has announced her intention to return to competitive boxing, while the reality show contestant showed off the results of her training.
In the comments of the video, he also informally announced his plans to return to competitive sport.
In response to a fan who asked if ‘Queen B’ has plans to return to the ring competitively this week, Del Busso encouraged her followers by replying: ‘The Queen is coming back, clear your schedule.’
He added that he hopes to compete again “at the end of the year.”
SAS Australia The star walked free from Dillwynia Women’s Correctional Centre in Sydney’s west just after 5am on Friday 12 July.
Shortly after Del Busso’s release, she sat down with Secrets of the Underworld podcaster Neil “The Muscle” Cummins to record an exclusive interview for his “Bad Girls” series, which also featured the likes of “Cocaine Cassie” Sainsbury and former sex worker Kim Hollingsworth.
In it, he revealed how he managed to stay fit behind bars and used personal training as a way to ‘bond’ with fellow inmates.

The brunette beauty, who is most famous for faking pregnancies with former NRL star Reynolds, also said some of the women nicknamed her “jailhouse Barbie” and “thought I was a cute piece of meat”.
“I was doing boxing training with some of the girls, drills, and I was using my hands as pads,” Del Busso said on the podcast.
“Nobody judged you for what you did. They were good to me and I was good to them. I never started a fight.
“They absolutely loved it and it was nice to see, to know that I was able to give them something they can’t have.”
Del Busso said he was using filled water bottles, stairs and bodyweight exercises like squats to maintain his fitness in the absence of any gym equipment.
She became a figure of public notoriety after it was revealed that she faked three pregnancies while dating Reynolds, after the pair met on Instagram in 2018. She later described it as a “white lie” when appearing on SAS Australia in 2020.
While in Dillwynia Women’s Correctional Centre in Sydney’s western end, Del Busso reported being threatened with a prison-made knife, invasive body searches and humiliating experiences in the shower and bathroom.
The claims, which formed part of Del Busso’s bid for early release from jail, were almost all denied by NSW Corrective Services.
This comes after the infamous model hinted at plans to replace or remove her breast implants, two months after her release from prison.
Last week, she shared a photo on her Instagram Stories of three silicone gel-filled implants on a table.
In 2022, Del Busso revealed in an Instagram Q&A that she had “got her boobs done” about a decade ago with a Sydney surgeon named Dr Lai, who has since retired.
Del Busso also confirmed that he had 560cc implants, which are the largest size.
It is not clear what size she chose this time and she did not specify it.
She was a receptionist at Rheumotology Specialist Care in September 2019 when her bosses realised she had been depositing company money into her account.
