In Tuesday’s selfies, Del Busso appears to have gained a noticeable amount of muscle since being released from incarceration.

“If my mind can conceive it and my heart can believe it, then I can achieve it…” Del Busso wrote in the caption of a new video of herself working hard with a trainer at the same boxing gym.

In the comments of the video, he also informally announced his plans to return to competitive sport.

In it, he revealed how he managed to stay fit behind bars and used personal training as a way to ‘bond’ with fellow inmates.

The brunette beauty, who is most famous for faking pregnancies with former NRL star Reynolds, also said some of the women nicknamed her “jailhouse Barbie” and “thought I was a cute piece of meat”.

“I was doing boxing training with some of the girls, drills, and I was using my hands as pads,” Del Busso said on the podcast.

“Nobody judged you for what you did. They were good to me and I was good to them. I never started a fight.

“They absolutely loved it and it was nice to see, to know that I was able to give them something they can’t have.”

Del Busso said he was using filled water bottles, stairs and bodyweight exercises like squats to maintain his fitness in the absence of any gym equipment.

While in Dillwynia Women’s Correctional Centre in Sydney’s western end, Del Busso reported being threatened with a prison-made knife, invasive body searches and humiliating experiences in the shower and bathroom.

The claims, which formed part of Del Busso’s bid for early release from jail, were almost all denied by NSW Corrective Services.

This comes after the infamous model hinted at plans to replace or remove her breast implants, two months after her release from prison.

Last week, she shared a photo on her Instagram Stories of three silicone gel-filled implants on a table.

In 2022, Del Busso revealed in an Instagram Q&A that she had “got her boobs done” about a decade ago with a Sydney surgeon named Dr Lai, who has since retired.

Del Busso also confirmed that he had 560cc implants, which are the largest size.

It is not clear what size she chose this time and she did not specify it.
