The transgender sister of a NRL soccer player has been acquitted of all criminal offenses after the violent death of her older boyfriend.
Jade Walker, 31, was accused of breaking into the home of her eldest boyfriend Gilbert Caetano in May before he allegedly received a death blow to the head.
After the death of 51 years, Ms. Walker, who is the older sister of Manly rugby league star, Dylan Walker, was charged with involuntary manslaughter and violently entering a home.
But in court on Tuesday, all charges related to the death were removed and Ms. Walker, who was released on bail, was able to walk freely.

Prosecutors did not oppose the withdrawal in court on Monday, and a representative of the state Office of the Attorney General confirmed that the decision was made after new forensic evidence.
"Post-mortem examinations showed that the death of the deceased was not caused by Mrs. Walker," the DPP spokeswoman said.
And according to the woman's attorney, Brenda Duchen, the decision to drop charges came after "a complete lack of evidence" linking Walker to the crime.
"There simply was not enough evidence against him, in fact there was no evidence," he told Daily Mail Australia.

It is believed that Mr. Caetano (pictured) celebrated his father's 80th birthday on Saturday night before his death.
On Sunday after her death, the man's disconsolate daughter, Jessica Caetano, told the media outside the Brighton-Le-Sands house that she knew very little about her father's girlfriend.
"I do not really know the full story, but she has been around for a while," Ms. Caetano said of her father's partner.
The neighbors claimed to have heard a woman yell at the house to General Holmes Dr, followed by a "heavy blow".
Ms. Caetano said that her father "was a child at heart" and that his family was devastated by his death.
"The best way to describe him is probably a child at heart … a fun, loving and loving person," said Jessica, with her mother and Mr. Caetano's ex-wife by her side.
"I do not think he deserved this at all."
The police were called to the house at 1:10 am on Sunday, May 20, where they allegedly found Mr. Caetano unconscious and tried to revive him, but they were not successful.
