Jade Thirlwall has shared a stunning new version of her song Angel Of My Dreams, after the original racked up over 15 million streams following its debut.

After making a stellar start to her solo career, the 31-year-old Little Mix star continued her momentum with this SAD (slow, angelic, dramatic) version of her upbeat hit.

Introducing the song with an accompanying teaser video, Jade transformed into a despicable bride for the haunting clip, sporting a tight white corset and matching veil.

At the beginning of the video, Jade’s face is hidden behind a huge veil and she moves around an abandoned palace while singing the song.

Suddenly, the lights transform the star, as she sings the song under a bright spotlight, while singing the final vocals of the song.

Angel of My Dreams has been a huge critical and commercial success for Jade.

The song has amassed over 15 million streams to date, entering the UK Official Singles Chart at number 7, the third highest entry for a British artist this year.

The accompanying video was trending number one on YouTube for 10 days.

This comes after Jade launched another attack on Simon Cowell over her debut single after claiming his record label “f***ed Little Mix”.

Jade rose to fame in the band after forming on The X Factor in 2011 alongside Leigh-Anne, Perrie and Jesy Nelson before disbanding in 2022 following Jesy’s departure in 2020.

The group switched from Simon’s label Syco to RCA during the recording of their fifth album LM5 after an alleged falling out with the music mogul.

On her debut single, Angel Of My Dreams, Jade sings “I sold my soul to a psychopath,” which sounds very similar to the name of her former label.

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Jade, Syco Entertainment and Simon for comment.

A Syco representative said: ‘I’m sure all the team who worked incredibly hard behind the scenes with Little Mix to help make the group a success will always continue to wish them success on their own.’

In 2020, Jade claimed that Little Mix’s departure from Simon’s record label Syco “f***ed” the group up.

The quartet wanted to promote female empowerment through their music, but felt their previous label with their former boss prevented them from doing so.

Speaking to The Sun, Jade said: “We did a bit of it, but we changed labels during the LM5 process and that really screwed us up. It was harder to show all our creativity in the way we would have liked.”

“The LM5 album focused a lot on women’s rights and our experiences in the industry. We’re kind of on a cruise right now. That period of our careers was quite troubled.”

Jade said the group has learned not to rest on their laurels since their early days in the industry.

She said: “I feel like we’re in a good place now – we’re with RCA and we’re working on a new record, which is really exciting. We’ve learned to stick to our guns and do what we believe in.”

At the time, Simon insisted he “never fell out” with the group and that tensions between him and Little Mix’s manager Modest Management led to an “embarrassing row” over a songwriting credit for their song Woman Like Me.

The music mogul even called the girls “the hardest working group” he’s ever worked with.

It has since been reported that Little Mix earned an impressive £10 million in 2019 alone after leaving Simon’s music label in 2018.

Accounts for their company Eternal Dance Media Limited showed the singers earned £6m in 2019, up £2m from the previous year.

Jade released her debut solo single Angel Of My Dreams on Friday with an outstanding music video and lyrics that have left people talking.

While Eternal Magic Touring Limited’s documentation is also said to show the four stars paid themselves a £4.6m dividend in 2019.

Taking the two figures together, the band managed to raise more than £10 million for the year.

At the time, it was reported that the band had earned a staggering £28.5million since winning The X Factor in 2011.

The girl band formed in 2011 after each of them auditioned for The X Factor as solo singers.

Their first album, DNA, reached the top 10 in ten countries, including the UK and US, and the four women quickly rose to international fame.
