Jacqueline Jossa has praised husband Dan Osborne for encouraging her body confidence, saying he doesn’t care if she has an eight-pack.
The actress, 28, who lost more than 8 pounds after overhauling her fitness routine, said the former TOWIE star, 30, “has it when I go on a diet.”
Speaking in an interview with The sun, Jacqueline said:: “He doesn’t care if I have an eight-pack.” When I say, “Okay, I have to go to the gym. I have to do this,” he says if I want to, I would go as far as it goes.

“He hates it when I go on strict diets. He’s like, “Honey, come on, don’t kill yourself over it.”‘

Earlier this month, the soap star hit back on pregnancy speculation on Instagram on Saturday after she was inundated with DMs from fans asking if she was expecting.
Jacqueline raised eyebrows when she shared a delighted pose of her new Mercedes-Benz V-Class on her stories, leading her followers to believe the vehicle would accommodate more children.
But Jacqueline was quick to respond to the confusion when she said she wasn’t pregnant, but “chubby.”
The actress took to her Instagram story to write a long post and set the record straight with her 3.2 million Instagram followers.
‘Turn up soon… no my huns, I’m not pregnant. I totally get your thinking, what about getting a bigger car and not going to the NTAs etc.
‘Unfortunately, no I’m not… just for everyone who just keeps going lol. I’m chubby too,” she wrote.

She continued in a serious tone: “I’m not offended by asking, but I’m going to use this time to encourage people to be careful what they ask around baby news, you never know what someone is going through.
(I don’t, but I know people who have been in this situation and it’s torture) people can suffer behind the scenes trying to conceive or lose a baby, be careful asking questions… I hope you’re all okay.’
“I’ve been very lucky with both pregnancies and had no problems, thank goodness, but it’s not always that simple. I’m not looking to add to my family.’

It comes after Jacqueline revealed last month that she was ashamed of online trolling when she joined EastEnders at age 17 and was a size 8, but now she doesn’t care and sees herself as a 10/10.
She was cast as Lauren Branning in 2010, admitting she “honestly” thought she was “so fat” because of the criticism she received when a press release announced she would be joining the BBC soap, explaining how to being ‘really vulnerable’ at such a young age.
Jacqueline told Fantastic: ‘It’s funny, I just don’t care. In the past, yes. Ten years ago I would care about my appearance and it would get stuck in my head.
“I would think ‘they’re right, I need to lose weight, I need to do this or that’. I don’t think like that anymore.’
