Jacqueline Jossa encourages her fans to accept their bodies as she grabs her ‘love handles’ to show that social media is not always what it seems
Jacqueline Jossa went to social media on Tuesday to encourage her fans to accept their bodies.
The I’m A Celeb champion, 27, went to Instagram to close up beauty expectations and ideals, and insisting on looks can be misleading on social media.
She told a video and said, “Hello guys, I just want to show you something soon, okay?” Look how small, well I would say small, my waist looks. Yes, very deceptive.
Truth: Jacqueline Jossa encouraged her fans to accept their bodies as she grabs her ‘love handles’ in an Instagram video on Tuesday to show that social media is not always what it seems
She said: “I look like I can be skinny, a skinny Minnie. If you bring the pants to that terrible length, you see, she has love handles, she has something to grab ‘
“I look like I can be skinny, a skinny Minnie. Then if you bring the pants to that terrible length, you see, you know, she has love handles, she has something to grab.
“This is life and this is just the way it is, and you know, I thought about it in the bath, and I was like,” I literally have about eight rolls there. ”
“Well, I’m washing there and thinking,” I don’t even hate it, “really, when I look in the mirror, I don’t think it’s bad. That’s the truth, I don’t think it’s bad, I don’t mind, I like it pretty much. “
Important issue: Jacqueline wanted to illustrate how someone can look different in two different frames taken simultaneously on social media
Meanwhile, Jacqueline discussed earlier how she is still influenced by being called ‘the new fat Lauren Branning’ 10 years ago when she joined the cast of EastEnders.
She wrote on Instagram: ’10 years ago I landed the BEST job in the world! Once loved second, this photo changed my life.
‘I hated this photo so many times that I was so much in circulation. [People said] “the new fat Lauren branning” and “Why rearrange and then get someone who is so much uglier and what’s the haircut”.
Pain: Jacqueline recently remembered the pain caused by trolls that had burned her ‘fat Lauren’ when she took over the EastEnders role at the age of 17 in 2010 (pictured at the time)
Wrestles from the past: As she thinks about the end of the last decade and the 10-year anniversary of her casting, the 27-year-old actress said that the hurtful criticism caused years of pain
“I admit I really hate the haircut … but jeez ppl can be mean, and for a 17-year-old girl words hurt a lot! It has influenced me for a long time!
“I probably still do that if I’m honest. 10 years later I did 7 years in the show of my dreams and had 2 beautiful children.
‘To end this year I just became QUEEN OF THE JUNGLE! WOW!! My life has changed so much and had so many ups and downs in these 10 years.
She continued: ‘I can honestly say that I am on my way to 2020. I am excited, happy and satisfied! Thanks for the support …
“A big call to the people who remember this first 17-year-old who just got a role that would change her life …
‘You feel overwhelmed and so happy, thank you very much. HAPPY NEW YEAR (sic) ‘
Throwback: Jacqueline revealed that the bullying started after the release of her promotional snap when she replaced the original actress Madeline Duggan (photo) in the role
