Jackie ‘O’ Henderson recently dropped an impressive 12kg after overhauling her diet and lifestyle.
And on Thursday, the KIIS FM radio star and Weight Watchers ambassador showed off her slim figure in an all-white outfit while out and about in Sydney.
Jackie looked chic in baggy jeans and a cropped jacket as she indulged in her favorite Starbucks Frappuccino.
She combined the look with a clutch bag and wore her long locks just above her shoulders.
Appearing in high spirits, Jackie smiled and turned on her phone.

The mother of one recently spoke about her new diet on The Kyle and Jackie O Show and said she often skips breakfast, a practice known as intermittent fasting.
She also avoids carbohydrates, satiating her hunger throughout the day by snacking on pre-cut pieces of meat.
“I cook a steak and cut it into strips, and then I’ll have a small piece of meat if I’m hungry,” said Jackie.

She resists splurging on high-calorie foods for lunch, opting to eat “three small slices of steak” and a few Vietnamese rice paper rolls containing fish and cabbage.
Kyle was shocked by her small portion size, telling her, “The dog will eat more!”
For dinner, Jackie usually eats vegetables and protein such as chicken or red meat.
Between meals, Jackie treats herself to smoothies and Starbucks Frappuccinos, a type of iced coffee drink.
Someone’s mother didn’t always follow such a restrictive diet.

I was eating a lot of food that I could get by quickly. You know, pizza and sandwiches and takeaway only, I wasn’t cooking myself.
And I think it’s always best to know what you’re putting into your body. I got really lazy.

During her break, she did tennis and water aerobics. In addition, her daily routine includes half-hour sessions on the treadmill in the gym.
She also signed up for WW for the second time, having gained back the weight she lost when she first watched the program.
