Jackie O Henderson shocked fans this week by revealing she has a shocking new addiction which she uses “eight times a day”.
The 49-year-old radio star revealed on the latest episode of Your best life podcast, which she hosts alongside her “best friend” Gemma O’Neill, she has an extensive collection of sex toys that she uses quite frequently.
She made the confession while that is discussed Gwyneth PaltrowGoop brand vibrator.
“And how often do you use them? A few times a week?” Gemma asked.
“A week? Sometimes I use it eight times a day,” Jackie confessed, before Gemma cried out in disbelief.
“I’m not joking, but it’s not like that anymore. There was a time when I was going eight times a day,” Jackie said, before asking her friend if she had ever done that many times in one day.
“I think the most I’ve had sex in one day was six times,” Gemma replied, before admitting she only uses a vibrator about twice a week.
“But when I’m in a relationship I never use it because I don’t need it,” she added.

“Well, it doesn’t take me long. Sometimes when I’m filling the tub, I wonder what I’ll do while I wait for it to fill. Maybe I’ll just pull one out quickly,” Jackie admitted candidly.
Jackie also said she worries she’s become “numb” after using her vibrator so much.
“He’s so used to the vibrator that I’m going to have to put it aside.”
“I’m not joking, I’m not ready to quit cold turkey. I think I’ll have to. And what I’ve started to do is lower the vibration level,” she said.

Jackie’s admission comes after the radio star revealed she keeps a list of men she has slept with on her phone.
She dropped the bombshell on Friday morning on the Kyle and Jackie O show amid a discussion about zodiac signs.
“Have you ever slept with a Gemini?” co-host Kyle Sandilands asked.
Then Jackie started looking at her phone and Kyle suggested that it contained a list of all the men she had slept with.
“Do you have a list of the men you’ve slept with?” the 53-year-old asked, before pressing her for details about them.
“It’s just their birthdays,” said the mother of one of them.
“There was a time when I was going eight times a day,” Jackie confessed.
The detail came just days after Jackie opened up about her sex life following her split from ex-husband Lee Henderson.
Jackie revealed on her podcast that the idea of having sex after her divorce from Lee in 2018 was “terrifying.”
“The idea of sex was scary, it seemed huge and terrifying. It was like I was doing it for the first time,” Jackie said.
“I thought, ‘How am I going to do this when it’s been so long since I’ve been with someone new?'”
However, Jackie went on to say that having sex was “surprisingly not scary at all” and that she now feels much more confident.
“I felt more confident and more comfortable with my body (because I was older). Sex is better now because I have a lot more confidence,” she explained.
