Patty Perez, who starred in two Jackass films, has died aged 57.

The actress, also known as Goddess Patty, suffered from complications with her kidneys after battling diabetes for years.

Perez died Friday at a hospital in Reno, Nevada, where she had recently lived, according to a Tuesday report from TMZ.

Her daughter Priscilla confirmed the death, telling the site that Patty had been “treated for complications related to her type 1 diabetes.”

“We want to express our immense gratitude for the love and kindness that everyone has shown to our mother,” the daughter said.

Being able to entertain people and bring light and happiness was the pinnacle of her life. She was so proud of the work she did in the film industry.’

A Go Fund Me page has been set up for Perez with hopes of raising $6,000 for her funeral expenses, as well as other things.

It was added that she had battled her type 1 diabetes since birth.

And the daughter also shared that her death was in no way related to COVID, which has now caused more deaths than the 1918 Spanish flu.

Patty also struggled with her weight, which contributed to her ill health.

In 2006 she was in the movie Jackass 2 and also its sequel, Jackass 2.5.

She played herself opposite costar Jason Acuna, who also went by the nickname Wee Man.

In a Jackass sketch, she lay down on top of Acuna; her body was big enough to hide him completely.

Jackass’ top star Johnny Knoxville seems to laugh when he asks where “Wee Man” went.

She also appeared on an episode of My Big Fat Fetish about men being attracted to bigger women. The show also explored how challenging it was for her to do simple things because of her weight.

Patty is survived by her four children, her mother and her grandchildren, Priscilla shared.
