Bam Margera is currently being held in the Chester County Jail in Pennsylvania after being arrested earlier this month for driving under the influence of alcohol, which authorities say violated his probation.

The 44-year-old Jackass alum will remain in custody until a hearing on Monday for the alleged rape, the Pennsylvania-based outlet reported. News from mainstream media reported Thursday, citing court documents he reviewed.

The West Chester, Pennsylvania, native is scheduled to appear before Common Pleas Judge Patrick Carmody on Monday, the outlet reported.

Margera, who married fitness model Dannii Marie in May in New Mexico, was arrested on Sept. 16 in McConnellsburg, Fulton County, in connection with DUI and reckless driving, the outlet reported.

The arrest, which was handled by Pennsylvania State Police, violated terms he agreed to when he entered probation in June after pleading guilty to an April 2023 incident involving his brother at the family home in Pocopson, Pennsylvania.

Margera was taken into custody Wednesday after speaking with officials — who determined he violated his probation — at the Justice Center and Pretrial Services Office, where the county’s probation department is located.

The court ordered Margera to complete six months of probation under its supervision in connection with the terms of his guilty plea to a pair of disorderly conduct charges.

Under the terms of his plea, Margera had to undergo random drug testing and mental health treatment.

Margera is also scheduled to appear at a preliminary hearing on the DUI and reckless driving charges.

Probation Officer Bradford Griffith said Margera, with his latest violation, poses a “manifest danger” to himself and others with his conduct, according to court records reviewed by the outlet.

Griffith said Margera had not complied with the area of ​​his probation regarding seeking help for drug and alcohol abuse.

In June, after pleading guilty, Margera told the judge: “I just want to say thank you for this whole situation. It allows me to get my life together. It’s a blessing in disguise.”

Margera was initially charged with simple assault and terroristic threats in the 2023 incident, according to the outlet, and each charge was a misdemeanor that could have led to prison time with a conviction.
