Jack Keating’s ex-girlfriend and mother of his daughter is dating his MMA fighter brothers Leon and Fabian Edwards – and the brothers don’t know it, MailOnline can reveal.
Birmingham artist Keely Iqbal, 28, has been in an on-off relationship with Leon, 33, for the past five years, while her romance with his brother Fabian, 31, began in August.
MailOnline understands Leon and Fabian are unaware they are both involved with Keely, who shares a one-year-old son with former Love Island star Ronan Keating’s son Jack.
A source close to Keely revealed that she “has fallen in love with the brothers for different reasons” and feels “torn” by the immense betrayal.

The artist established her relationship with Leon (right) through Instagram and they both knew each other because they grew up in the same area of Birmingham and shared common friends.
“Keely feels very bad about the situation, she has never felt more torn,” a source said.
‘She likes brothers for different reasons: with León she shares an emotional connection and attachment, while she has a lot of fun with Fabián.
“The situation is not ideal and she knows it’s time to be honest, especially with Leon, who she has been involved with for years.”
The artist established her relationship with Leon through Instagram and the couple knew each other because they grew up in the same area of Birmingham and shared common friends.
Keely’s romance with Fabián began after he began training at a gym near her home and they shared flirtatious messages before meeting in person.
She shares her daughter Maya with Jack Keating, who starred in Love Island in 2022 and surprised viewers after announcing that he had become a father shortly after his appearance on the show.
Jack previously told MailOnline he had no idea his ex-partner Keely was waiting weeks before becoming a contestant on the ITV2 series alongside co-star Gemma Owen, but welcoming a child has been an “amazing” experience.
MailOnline has contacted Keely, Leon and Fabian for comment.

Fabián returned to his hometown and smiled proudly in front of a poster of brother Leo as he paid tribute to his late father in the Instagram caption.
In 2023, Jack announced the birth of her daughter, sparking an online frenzy among viewers who discovered she had taken part in the show despite knowing she was pregnant.
León, who has a son from a previous relationship, described his difficult upbringing in Kingston, where he lived in a “wooden shack with a tin roof and one bedroom” during a 2023 interview.
He admitted that his traumatic life, including the murder of his father, and growing up surrounded by gang crime and violence had impacted his mental health, but it was very much the norm where he grew up.
Speaking to The Guardian, he said: “My father was a gang leader in my area and so I was one of the few kids who had a bike and a skateboard.”
‘If you consider the cards he was dealt, my dad did the best he could. He knew that he did wrong by getting involved in a crime and that led to his death.
“But he was smart enough to emigrate to the UK and soon brought his wife and children to join him in search of a better life.”
“He didn’t leave us, so he was a good man, but in bad circumstances he made the wrong decisions.” But we must not remember that in Jamaica killing seemed normal. We were used to gunshots and death around us.
