The ex-boyfriend of controversial Married At First Sight groom Jack Dunkley has taken to social media to show the TV villain what he’s missing.
Courtney Jade took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday to share a furious selfie with her followers.
The ex-boyfriend turned up the heat as she showed off her tattoos in a black singlet matched with a cap which she wore backwards.
Courtney also took to social media shortly after to share a video of her working out at the gym.
She captioned the clip: “Time to stop feeling sorry for myself and LOVE myself.”

Daily Mail Australia recently revealed that there were plans for Courtney Jade to appear on the new season of Married At First Sight.
According to a well-placed source, another groom slipped into Courtney’s Instagram messages in late October to try to convince her to show up for the show’s reunion.
“Another groom was desperate to try and catch Jack and spent weeks trying to get cast members to convince Courtney to break up the dinner party,” the insider revealed.
“They loved the idea of throwing Jack off and wanted him to go down.”

“Several cast members, including Mike Felix, also played a big role in trying to get her to appear on the show, but she was having none of it,” they added.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia in February, Courtney confirmed that she was approached by various people with offers but wanted nothing to do with the show.
“I wish I did (crash the reunion) after finding out that he has belittled our relationship and disrespected me,” she said Wednesday.

‘But I don’t want anything to do with that show either, so I stayed out. That’s all I have to say.’
In August, Courtney accused Jack of breaking up with her under the guise of a ‘job opportunity in America’, only for her to discover he was starring on MAFS.
‘Breaks up with me right after I met his family and he told me he loves me. Telling me it’s for (a) ‘job opportunity in America’ only to find out he’s at MAFS in Sydney,’ Courtney wrote on The Wash’s Instagram photos.
Things were serious between the duo, with Courtney even selling furniture as they planned to move in together.
