Jack Draper has won 15 straight sets to advance to the US Open semi-finals, but fans have still found a reason to hilariously mock the British number one.
Draper, 22, was in scintillating form on Wednesday night as he defeated Australian Alex de Minaur 6-3, 7-5, 6-2 to book a quarter-final meeting with world number one Jannik Sinner.
Her previous four wins in New York also came in straight sets, and she is now just two matches away from securing her first Grand Slam triumph.
The rising star has dazzled with her powerful serve and powerful groundstrokes over the past 10 days, but something else has also caught the attention of spectators: her shirts.
Throughout his career, Draper has worn purple Nike shirts that appear to be several sizes too big. They have been flapping around during points and the Briton has had to constantly readjust them, and his unusual style of dress has divided opinion among fans.

Another viewer was simply amazed that Draper played so well in such a baggy shirt.

But others believe in the old saying “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” and have even joked that their oversized T-shirts could be the secret to their success.
