A woman who claims to have the biggest lips in Britain has had filler injections more than 100 times – and has no intention of stopping until she sets a world record.
Sofia, 27, from Manchester, shares her ever-changing lips on TikTok with her nearly 13,000 followers, who have very different opinions about her bold aesthetic.
She claims to have spent more than £200,000 on multiple procedures, with her lips now containing more than 100ml of filler – and Sofia gets new injections every two months.
The OnlyFans model previously described plastic surgery as her “hobby” and has had two breast augmentations, two Brazilian Butt Lifts and a hair transplant.

She said the sun that she likes to change “what I don’t like about myself” and become her “own creation.”
“I’ve always wanted to have extra-large boobs and a huge ass, like the bimbo fake look,” Sofia said. ‘Having the biggest lips in the UK is just a title given to me, but I love having them – and now I want the biggest lips in the world.
“I would have stopped counting how much filler I have years ago because of my extreme looks, but I make sure to keep going back for regular fillers and stuffing myself sometimes.”
In a social media video taken right after a lip injection, Sofia said, “Who loves my new lips as much as I do?”

It comes after a young woman in the US had a severe allergic reaction to lip filler injections that left her looking like a duck.
Emma, from Kentucky, said she’s always wanted lip fillers and found a clinic that could do them for half the regular price.
But hours after she got the injections, her lips were extremely swollen and she shared the comical footage of her bloated face in a viral TikTok video.
Emma said the experience was the “worst of her life” and extremely painful as she is “terrified” of needles.
