Oren, his twin brother Alon Alexander and their older brother Tal Alexander, 38, have all been accused of drugging and raping dozens of women over the past decade.
Oren and Alon face additional charges of sexual assault and battery in Florida stemming from three alleged incidents. All three brothers have denied the charges against them.
The former first daughter and her husband bought the six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom home a few months after Donald Trump’s first term ended. Wall Street Journal reports.

But federal prosecutors argued they posed a flight risk and a danger to the community. Judge Ellen D’Angelo held a detention hearing on December 30.
