In the clip, Ivanka can be seen for the first time doing barbell squats with a 75-pound weight.
The mum revealed she does ’10 reps’ of the move before moving on to the next.
Back squats, which are also known as barbell squats, are performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a weighted barbell on your upper back, and squatting down.
The second workout that helps Ivanka stay in perfect shape is the barbell deadlift.
He noted that he uses 85 pounds for this workout, of which he does “eight repetitions.”
The deadlift is one of the most functional and basic exercises, and consists of bending over, lifting a barbell and lifting it again.
Ivanka then works to burn off her arms by doing “15 reps” of TRX, in which she pulls on a rope weighing her “body weight.”
He continues to sculpt his arms by performing Lat Pull Downs, in which he pulls weights toward his body.

Ivanka captioned the video: ‘Hello everyone! I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my workout routine since reposting a video with my trainer, so I thought I’d share a little about my fitness journey.
‘Like many women, I used to focus mainly on cardio, yoga and Pilates. Since moving to Miami, I have shifted my focus toward weightlifting and resistance training, and it has been transformative in helping me build muscle and change my body composition in ways I hadn’t imagined.
‘I believe in a strength training approach based on basic, time-tested and simple movements: squats, deadlifts, hinges, pushes and pulls. These are the cornerstones of my training, emphasizing lifelong functional strength.’

‘This ensures safe and constant progression while maintaining the integrity of each movement. I incorporate mobility work within my sessions to improve range of motion.
‘Weightlifting has improved not only my strength but also my overall athleticism and endurance. Now I dedicate 3-4 days a week to strength training.
‘Also new to me, but critical to my progress, is the dramatic increase in my protein intake. I now consume between 30 and 50 grams of protein per meal. It works… I’ve never been stronger!’
