More than two years after Ivana Trump’s death, her luxurious New York City townhouse remains unsold, despite being marked down by $7 million from its initial listing.

The property, located in Manhattan’s exclusive Lennox Hill neighborhood, was first listed in November 2022, four months after the 73-year-old businesswoman was found dead at the foot of her staircase on July 14, 2022.

Ivana Trump, who was married to Donald Trump from 1977 to 1992, moved into the six-story home shortly after her divorce in the early 1990s.

The property has remained virtually unchanged since Ivana renovated it during that time, retaining its luxurious antique charm.

Originally priced at $26.5 million, the home’s price was reduced by $4 million to $22.5 million in September 2023, before being taken off the market a month later.

In June 2024, Adam D. Modlin put the house back up for sale with the Modlin Group for $19.5 million, which represents a total reduction of $7 million compared to its initial sales price.

Despite its luxurious amenities and coveted location, interest appears to remain lukewarm and the home has failed to attract any buyers, even at a reduced price.

The home features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and a variety of opulent design elements, with an enclosed elevator and grand curved staircase connecting each floor.
