Donald Trump has given one of his latest signals about running for president again in 2024, saying it would be “very hard” for him not to run again.
The former president spoke with podcast hosts Clay Travis and Buck Sexton on Friday, telling them he’s already made a decision, but didn’t say when he’ll announce it, mediate mentioned.
“Knowing what you know and seeing what you see about Joe Biden, how can you not work in 2024?” Travis Trump asked.
Trump replied, “It’s very hard for me not to run, to be honest.” “Also, the polls show that from the Republican point of view, it’s going to be easy.”
Earlier this month, Trump told New York Magazine that he’s already made up his mind about running, and that the question he’s considering now is whether to pull the trigger before or after the November midterm elections.
The former chief spoke on the podcast on Friday from Bedminster Golf Club, where he controversially hosts the Saudi-backed LIV golf tournament.

Donald Trump speaks at a rally in Arizona earlier this month, where he strongly suggested he plans to run for president in 2024. In a podcast on Friday, he again hinted at the race.
Friday’s episode of the podcast covered many topics, but kept coming back to Trump’s decision circa 2024.
“There are a few things we should just ask of you, sir,” Sexton asked. If you are going to announce, when will you be announcing? Can you tell us that?
Trump said it all comes down to: “Is it before or after?”
“Well, if I’m going to announce, I’m going to have to make a decision, will it be…? You know, two words: is it before or after? And there are reasons for both. Some very good things about her earlier. There are some good things later.”
The way I look at it is if you announce early and we do a good job, I get credit for doing well – as much as you will because the press won’t give you credit anyway. If I’m doing badly, I’ll be totally hit…it’s going to be horrible. But if I announce later and we do a good job, I won’t be criticized.
In fact, if I announce later and we don’t do well, whether it’s before or after, they’ll blame me. In other words, if we did badly, they would blame me regardless if I had nothing to do with it. So I don’t know. I will make a decision.
Some Republican strategists fear that if Trump throws his hat in the ring before the midterm elections, it could upset the GOP’s chances of regaining a majority in the House and Senate.
“I’ll make a decision fairly soon,” Trump said. “And… I have to tell you—and I think I can say this—in my mind, I’ve already made the decision.”

Some athletes refuse to take part in the protest over Saudi Arabia’s record of human rights abuses, and the event has been snubbed by families of 9/11 victims, in light of a recently declassified government report suggesting links between the terrorists involved. In the attack and the Saudi government.
On Saturday, many of those families gathered at the local library near the Trump Club to protest.
They couldn’t get close to the actual action – which was swarming with the Secret Service.
Despite their tears, the atmosphere in Bedminster was jovial. Trump was seen driving a golf cart, waving to his fans and cracking jokes with the participating professionals.

Trump was in a jovial mood when he showed up in Bedminster for another day of work. He said he was very happy to host the Saudi event after it was abandoned by the “traitor” PGA.

Fifty miles away, families of 9/11 victims fought to tears as they shared their anger at Trump’s embrace of the Saudis in light of suggested evidence that the terrorists behind the attack were in some way supported by the Saudi government.
Yesterday, Trump defended hosting the series, telling reporters at the session, “I’ve known these guys for a long time in Saudi Arabia and they’ve been friends of mine.
As for 9/11, he said, “Unfortunately, no one got to the bottom of 9/11. And they should have. As for the madmen who did that terrible thing to our city, our country, and the world, so no one really was.”
Later, as he headed towards the first tee, Trump hinted that he would run for the White House again.
You will be very happy. We’ll tell you soon, he said before asking where the reporter came from. “They just wrote a story about me, pretty,” he said. First one in five years. First page, tell them I appreciate it.
