‘He is the best!’ Isla Fisher shares a moving tribute to her dad ‘Poppa Fish’ and says she’s ‘grateful’ to have him in her life
Isla Fisher has settled in Sydney, Australia after moving to Down Under with her husband Sacha Baron Cohen and their children late last year.
And on Tuesday, the 45-year-old actress shared a sweet tribute to her father.
“This is my dad, Poppa Fish,” she wrote alongside a black and white photo on her Instagram account.

“I love him, he’s the greatest and I’m so grateful to have him in my life,” she gushed.
In the photo, her father Brian can be seen posing in front of what appears to be a framed painting of a tree.
Isla would be very close to her family and would describe her upbringing in Perth, Australia as ‘great’.

The Godmothered actress recently discussed making the move from Los Angeles across the Pacific with her family to Stellar magazine
‘I just feel so safe, I suppose the word is cozy when I’m in Australia. It’s where I grew up, ”she said.
‘I am happiest when I am home. I miss it when I’m not there. I don’t feel any pressure when I’m in Australia. I don’t have to say or do or be anything. I mean, I don’t even have to wear shoes, ”the Godmothered star added.

Isla shares three children with her comedian husband Sacha Baron Cohen, 49.
Isla and Sacha first met at a party in Sydney in 2002. They were married in Paris in 2010 after converting to the Jewish faith.
The couple initially moved to Down Under to escape ‘Trump’s America’ late last year.
