Featuring a low-cut neckline, the dress was trimmed with black lace and mesh panels as the star showed off plenty of skin in the ensemble.
Hand in hand with her husband José Bastón, Eva looked very cheerful as the couple prepared to have fun all night.
José, who married Eva in 2016, looked incredibly dapper in a black suit and bow tie as he arrived at the posh venue.
