The luxurious home has not yet been built, according to the agency’s website, where it is expected to be completed in the fall of 2025.

In September 2023, the median sales price for single-family homes in Palm Beach reached $14 million, a 117 percent year-over-year increase, according to national real estate brokerage Redfin.
Prices have increased 7.7 percent from last year to reach a median sales price of $599,000 for a single-family home.
This is notably more than other more northern Florida hotspots like Orlando, where the median price is $425,000 – a more modest 1.9 percent increase from last year, which is less than the inflation rate of 3 .7 percent.
The record for the most expensive home sold in Palm Beach was set in April, when luxury car dealer Michael Cantanucci paid $170 million for a 1.6-acre oceanfront mansion.

But real estate agents say that restriction is not enough to reduce the valuation to the tax assessor’s range. A new owner could maintain a private residence there, just as Trump does, while continuing to operate the club.
