iPhone 16 will support long-awaited AI features
The iPhone 16 is Apple’s first line of phones designed to support artificial intelligence features.
At today’s event, the company is expected to unveil the standard iPhone 16, as well as the iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
Each of these phones will be compatible with Apple Intelligence, Apple’s own artificial intelligence platform.
The iPhone 16 line won’t launch with Apple Intelligence right away. While the new phones will be available for purchase today, the AI platform isn’t expected to roll out until late October, according to Apple. 9a5Mac.
iOS 18 is packed with new features, including the ability to control your phone with your eyes
iOS 18 is expected to launch with a ton of exciting new accessibility features, including the ability to control your phone with just your eyes.
iPhone Eye Tracking will work on any iPhone that supports iOS 18. To enable this feature, go to Settings, tap Accessibility, swipe down and choose Eye Tracking and turn it on.
Your phone will guide you through a brief calibration process so it learns to recognize your eye movements. You’ll then be able to navigate the screen, open apps, and perform tasks within them without ever touching the display.
