The international hunt for one of Canada’s most wanted men, suspected of murdering a bodybuilder, has ended at a four-storey apartment block in Luton.
Adrian Gordon, 24, went on the run after the killing in May, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police warned the public that he was “armed, violent and dangerous.”
He was suspected of first-degree murder in the killing of champion bodybuilder Jesse Tubbs, 30, who was found shot at a drug den.
He was found lying on the ground with “obvious signs” of trauma and later died in a Toronto hospital from his injuries.

A global search effort is underway to find Gordon, described as 5-foot-6 and 130 pounds, with a thin build, short, clean-shaven black hair and brown eyes.
Officers were alerted that Gordon was in Luton and asked the National Crime Agency in London for his extradition.
As a result, Gordon was arrested at The Martindales housing estate in Bedfordshire.
Residents of the building said it was “crazy” that he had been found there and that he “was reserved and polite.”
Student Pavel Klimowicz said The sun:I woke up to a loud scream and then learned that the police had raided the building and arrested him.
“To know that he’s one of the most wanted men in Canada is crazy. There are children and families living here, so thank God nothing worse happened.”
